Certainly recommend!
It was my first time working with a cleaning crew. I have an infant at home and I’ve been struggling to keep up with the deep cleaning of my house. Blanca and Maria did an amazing job not just usual cleaning but especially on the details! They cleaned the windowsills, our primary bathroom walk-in shower with rainfall has pebble stone floor and it is so hard to clean.. They’ve done a fantastic job cleaning and I honestly don’t know how they did it.. They cleaned my baby’s high chair which was super appreciated! They even folded the hand-towels in a decorative way and I did not expect that. Also changed our garbage bags, again super nice of them! It is really important for me to have a clean space and I feel at peace in my house.

"I couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional service I received from Blanca and her team with A & B Cleaning Services. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The team arrived right on time, greeted me with friendly smiles, and immediately got to work. They were professional, courteous and cleaned with such care. I need to state they cleaned my Uncle’s place that had not received a deep cleaning in years. So to say the dust was at an all time high, would be an understatement - lol.
I was particularly impressed by how thorough they were. Every nook and cranny was cleaned, and even areas I had mentioned to Blanca that would not be cleaned this go-round, they cleaned it anyway! They went the extra mile by dusting inside the closets, under the bed and above kitchen cabinets (just to name a few) without me even asking, which was a lovely surprise.
When they finished, the space was revived, fresh, spotless, and welcoming. I highly highly recommend A & B Cleaning Services to anyone in need of a cleaning service. I’ll definitely be booking them again for monthly cleanings and recommending them to all my friends and family!

The team that cleaned our home did an excellent job. They accomplished a great deal in the time they were here, and it was such a relief to have their help since I’ve been struggling to keep up with the house while managing our kids and daily responsibilities. This was my first time using a professional cleaning service, and I found them to be very thorough.
That said, I did experience a similar pricing issue to what another reviewer mentioned. I was originally quoted $180 over the phone for a deep cleaning. However, when Blanca arrived, she asked me what I had been quoted and, after touring the house, explained that the total would actually be higher. The final cost came to $280, which she did explain, and I understood why—but it would have been helpful to know beforehand that the estimate might vary.
My only other concern was communication. I would have appreciated a confirmation call or text the day before, as well as a specific arrival time or an update if running late.
For A&B Cleaning Services, I’d suggest a few improvements:
- Keep a record of each client’s details in your calendar (name, address, quoted price, type of service) to avoid confusion.
- Provide a reminder call or text to the client the day prior with the scheduled arrival time.
- Give a price range upfront that accounts for possible additional cleaning needs.
- Offer a clear explanation of what to expect from a professional cleaning service for first-time clients.
Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the cleaning itself, and with a few adjustments in communication and pricing transparency, the experience could be even better.
