Shak is top on my list for amazing teachers. He very good at explaining and getting the point across . When we dont understand it he finds another ways so we do. Another important thing for me is his tone and respect when talking to us. He's a ball of knowledge and gets excited to talk to us about what hes knows ,it helps us to learn more.

Tim perspective on abandonment was no secret to me but elaborate soo deeper. MARISSA hypnosis worked on me as I have practiced self hypnosis towards my inner child before. It was great to see different techniques and approach.
Today Bessel speech was great. I have read and own the Body Keep the score and really enjoy his work. Its nice to see what the person is and what else they have to say.
We haven't see much of Mr. MATÉ yet as he is scheduled for tomorrow and yet some big names already pass in the roaster. Somehow I got invite to NYC time representation and also Pacific representation. So I pay extremely attention to the first round and takes notes on second.
Lots of people mentioned this in comments and I agree with it. I have had therapy for years n didn't feel much changes or results. However listening to these legends has beenpre effective in the sense to understanding the whole process or the whole book instead of been introduced to one page at the time. I found listening to those people far more effective that talk therapy.

The thing I kept from Mr. MATÉ presentation is what I am lacking g in life. Boundaries. Not enough and you end up be a people pleaser by fear of rejection or you become controlling by exercising too much Boundaries. A good balance is very important but trauma untreated properly will affect the balance amd cause problems on short amd long run.

As a CSW student and a first time remote one at that I was skeptical how I was going to cope as this is totally new to me. Sunny has impacted my experience in ways i cannot imagine, her passion for teaching, patience, and dedication has made learning enjoyable and meaningful. She always takes time to explain clearly and encouraged everyone to do their best. Her support and positive attitude created a comfortable learning environment and this has built the confidence to ask questions and grow.
