I had a great experience with ABES, especially with Humza. He helped me throughout the entire application process and made everything much easier and less stressful. He was very polite, understanding, and patient, and he always took the time to answer my questions. I truly appreciate all the support and guidance he gave me. I highly recommend ABES to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming school environment!
I felt like I wasted 3 months of my time coming to this place in order to do any program. I am a black woman with a hearing problem. I attended this school in 2009, I did health care aid but I dropped out because I was sick. I wanted to come back to school, met with a student advisor since March and I have been coming for appointments and interviews. I even brought them the accommodation letter from my doctor. On Tuesday Sunny khurmi asked to meet me regarding my accommodation. She racially prejudice and held a negative stereotypes about me due to my sick color and my hearing loss and they told me to go to public library to learn English. Imagine I have an Alberta high school diploma and all they do is insult me like this. A school is supposed to be a place of learning and not a racially prejudice place and people with disability deserve to go to school as well. Disability is not an inability.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Choice for Landing a Job in the Field!Choosing ABES College for my education was the best decision I could have made. What sets this college apart is their incredible focus on real-world preparedness. They don't just teach you theory; their intensive, hands-on training ensures you have absolute confidence before you even step into your practicum. The college has excellent partnerships with major industry employers, which explains why their graduate employment rate is so high. The entire staff, from admissions to the funding centre advisors, genuinely cares about your success and guides you through every step. If you want a school that takes your career seriously, I highly recommend ABES!!
I had a great experience at this college. The learning environment is supportive, and the staff are always helpful. My instructor Rasha was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about students' success. Her teaching methods made complex topics easy to understand, and she was always willing to provide extra guidance when needed. I highly recommend this college to anyone looking for quality education and excellent instructors.
My experienced was disappointing overall. The tuition is high compared to other schools, and the program did not fully match what was advertising. I also found support and communication more limited than expected. Students should carefully research costs, program details. Some employers may not recognize your diploma or certificate from here.
I have recently done my course UCMOA from ABES. I am so happy that I took this course in person and met an amazing teacher miss April. April is a great teacher who cares so much about her students. She is so kind, caring and exceptional soul. She inspires us and support us every step in this course. I definitely recommend future students to take the course with her. Sue is also a great teacher and the staff are friendly and supportive as well. Fadima and Navneet are very helpful and supportive.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this college, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering furthering their education. From day one, my teachers April and Sue were incredibly supportive and approachable, they took the time to understand my strengths and weaknesses, encouraged me to ask questions without fear of judgment. They make sure we are motivated every single day. What truly stood out was how the entire staff worked together to create a nurturing environment where I felt valued and heard. They didn't just address my academic needs but also played a huge role in building my self-confidence, which has transformed how I approach challenges both inside and outside the classroom. The admission process was refreshingly smooth and straightforward, with clear guidance at every step that made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. I also greatly appreciate that the college genuinely delivered on its promise of practicum placements, providing me with hands-on industry experience that was invaluable for my career readiness. Overall, this college has been supportive in my personal and professional growth, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone seeking a supportive, well-rounded, and enriching educational journey.
My experience in the Unit Clerk/ Medical Office Assistant Program was very positive, challenging but very rewarding and a huge part of that is because of Ms. April.
From the beginning, she made us challenge our own doubts, pushed us to grow and she believed in us before we believed in ourselves. She made even the toughest material feel achievable.
That kind of encouragement makes a huge difference especially when you're trying to build confidence in a new field. She created an environment where it's okay to struggle as long as you keep showing up and trying your best. Her passion for teaching goes far beyond the classroom, she genuinely cares about her students success, both as a professional and as a person.
A special shoutout to Ms. Sue for her kindness, support and encouragement throughout this journey. Having these two amazing instructors in our corner made this past few months more meaningful. The lessons you've taught us goes far beyond textbooks and will stay with us forever.
Also hugee thank you to all the staff- from the front desk to people working in the back, for creating such a supportive and welcoming environment.
Thank you <3

What an incredible program and school. If you have the opportunity to learn from April or Sue, know that you are in the best hands possible. Their support, knowledge, and dedication make the experience truly unforgettable. Finishing the program is bittersweet, but I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned and for the amazing support system ABES has provided. I know I’ll always have a team behind me, and for that I’m incredibly thankful.
I had a great experience at ABES College, especially in the MLA (Medical Laboratory Assistant) program. The program was well-structured and provided a good balance of theory and hands-on training. I felt supported throughout my learning journey, and the environment was welcoming and encouraging.
I especially want to appreciate my instructor, Michael. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. His teaching style made complex topics easier to understand, and he genuinely cared about our success in the MLA program.
Overall, I’m very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend ABES College to anyone interested in pursuing a career as a Medical Laboratory Assistant
My journey at Abes College has been so good from the start up to now. Starting from the reception I recieved when I applied for my pharmacy assistant course. The staff at Abes College is so wonderful and supportive. My lecturer even came to see me where I am doing my practicum and that really meant a lot to me and to the pharmacy staff where I am doing my practicum and it says a lot about Abes College. Keep the good work Abes. I learnt a lot and my life will never be the same. I would want to specifically mention my teacher Rasha Elfeky. She is amazing. Before I never liked mathematics but because of the way she teaches I love Maths now. She is very patient and passionate. She takes her time with each and every student.
To our dedicated MLA instructors at ABES College (Michael, Michelle & Lisa),
On behalf of all the MLA students, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support, guidance, and commitment throughout our program. Your knowledge, patience, and encouragement have helped shape us into confident and capable future healthcare professionals.

The lessons we’ve learned at ABES College will stay with us throughout our careers. You have truly equipped us with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed as Medical Laboratory Assistants.
We are sincerely grateful for everything you have done for us and for the positive impact you have made on our journey.
