Patty Riland and her assistant, Sarah Garza, at Advanced Benefit Solutions have been game-changers for us with their help in getting us signed up for Medicare. It's so important that it is done correctly and Patty was so very patient with me and with ALL my questions. She walked me through every single step and made sure I understood what each "part" was for, as well as getting us signed up for the plans that benefitted us the most. I get quite anxious when it comes to these types of things, but Patty and Sarah made sure we were well taken care of, and put my mind at ease. In the past years, after job losses, Patty and Sarah also helped us greatly in getting signed up for Marketplace plans (Obamacare). We tried doing piecemeal plans on our own and that was a disaster. I had the pleasure of utilizing Advanced Benefit Solutions for years in providing our group health plans for our veterinary business, I sat down with them in 2002 to discuss group plan options as I had no idea what to do as a new business owner. They also helped us provide life and disability and dental options for our group. The attention to detail and phenomenal customer service sets Ron, Phil, and the entire team apart from other broker providers in this realm. I have had the unfortunate experiences with other brokers where errors occured, customer service was abysmal, and care was non existent. Advanced Benefit Solutions goes so far above and beyond on all fronts including managing your group plan at no additional costs, they are paid directly from the commissions of the providers. The wealth of knowledge and experience in their group sets them apart. They have worked in fields of hospital administration and the health industry, they even have an actuary in the family, not to mention a college world series and MLB world series champion pitcher (they probably don't want me to mention that part, too bad) who now also offers wealth management under the Advanced Benefit Solutions umbrella of services. Make the switch to Advanced Benefit Solutions and feel free to ask them for references and maybe you and I will discuss my experiences in more detail, I will make a believer out of you or the first round is on me.

Every synonym for the word "superlative" defines Advanced Benefit Solutions (ABS), and especially Patty Riland, who I have worked with since 2004. From the old TX high risk insurance pool, to small group coverage, Medicare drug and supplemental coverage, individual stop-gap coverage. Every client and situation I've presented has crazy, stupid drama, without cookie-cutter solutions. ABS has found the fix every single time. I have, and will continue to recommend ABS to anyone who needs help navigating the crazy health insurance nightmare we find ourselves in today. Give them the problem, and they give you lots of options to compare. Extremely thorough. I really do not know how they could be any more helpful. And they are friendly, too. Darn good at what they do. The best. So thankful for all they do!
