Great experience at the dental office! Everyone was friendly and professional, and Michelle was super nice and helpful throughout my visit. She made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

A routine cleaning turned into scanning, then measurements for a night guard with no explanation until I asked. I even had to bring up billing and insurance myself. In the end, I declined the treatment and decided I'd schedule it later, on my own terms.That's when the doctor came in and got aggressive and unfriendly, clearly annoyed that I said no. Unprofessional tone, zero bedside manner. I may be done with this practice because every visit here leaves a bad taste, no matter how nice they try to act.

Overall, my experience today was pretty good. The hygienist was very patient, informative, and always gives off good energy. The only reason I gave a 3 was because the male Dentist seemed a little irritated or like he was having a bad day, and the interaction felt more transactional than genuine. Other than that, everyone else was great.
