Altaf carried out deep exploratory work to identify the issue with utmost diligence and professionalism and was able to fix the issue. After being seriously let down by another plumber and having no proper heating, I contacted ABC Heating Services. Al and Ahyan spent the whole day sorting out the problems left by the previous plumber. Nothing was too much trouble and now have a wonderfully warm house again.

Amazing service! Had a significant issue with my boiler, Altaf attended within half an hour and identified the problem. Explained everything in a way I could understand, ordered the parts I needed and a few days later, everything is fixed! If I could give zero stars I would. Moved house 2 days ago, I am having issues with hot water, the shower and need a gas engineer to re connect an oven. I called ABC plumbers at 10.40 who very promptly organised for an engineer to come out, the time estimate was 30-60 mins. 3 hours later, 2 chaser calls and still no engineer. I was told the engineer would contact me when on route, that didn’t happen, I called again for an update, I was informed of a situation regarding a broken down van. By 1.40 I decided to organise an alternative plumber, called ABC to say I wouldn’t be needing their services any longer, was met with “if you just give us a minute……we can speak to the an engineer etc” I have since had a text saying sorry and offering a discount for any future work. Unfortunately for me that doesn’t inspire any trust. Appalling communication and disrespectful to leave me waiting for 3 hours.
