I had the BEST experience when I went to my appointment a few weeks ago. Dr. Jakob and her team are exceptional and super friendly. The vibe in that office was incredible, the minute you walk in you feel welcomed. I knew I was going to get excellent service with all the new technology she has. I suffer from extreme dry eyes and have great difficulty with my eyes. The solutions Dr. Jakob is offering me is a huge relief. I am excited to get my new prism lenses in very stylish frames. I won’t spoil the surprise, but you leave your appointment with a little something that will brighten your day! I highly recommend going here. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Providing thorough and personalized care is something I take a lot of pride in, and I hope you found your eye exam helpful and informative. I always strive to go above and beyond for my patients, so I feel disappointed to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations during checkout.

Regarding pupillary distance (PD), this is a specific measurement we take when fitting glasses to ensure the lenses are perfectly aligned for your vision. Since this isn’t part of a routine eye exam, we didn’t have it on file. I understand how this could feel frustrating, and I regret that we didn’t explain this better in the moment. For future reference, we do offer PD measurements as a service for a small fee, even if glasses aren’t purchased here.

I genuinely value your feedback and hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.

Best eyes exam I have ever had! Upon walking in the door I was welcomed by multiple employees! Bree did my pretesting and I was blown away by all the technology and her professionalism! Next I saw Dr. Jakob, I was blown away with her knowledge. After my eye exam I needed some extra help choosing some glasses for my neurolenses! Syd, Brooke and Riley helped me out tremendously and I ended up leaving with glasses that I love. I cannot recommend this establishment enough! I will be returning here for future eye exams and business! Thank you Dr. Jakob and Eyes Staff for a memorable experience!

The minute you walk in the front door you see bright surroundings and friendly, smiling faces. You are taken to a room where your eyes are checked by state of the art equipment and the technician explains in detail the procedures she is performing. From there you are escorted to where Dr Abby pulls all the data together and makes recommendations based on her extensive eye exam and the test results. Dr Abby is also a great treat with her professionalism and bubbly personality. All in all, an excellent experience.
