Did an excellent job on 2 rooms in my mother's house, particularly in the bathroom which was the main focus of the work. Entire bathroom was completely redone. Had a new large quadrant shower, toilet, bidet, pedestal basin, medicine cabinet, towel rails, etc., even a new double glazed window. Everything was properly fitted, tiling was very well done (all walls and floor), and probably most importantly the walls were properly prepared. Our bathroom walls were very bad so they stripped them right back to the brickwork before starting the rebuilding. Most importantly was that Besart took the time to deal with my mother who is elderly and really had no idea what she was taking on when she started this so kept adding extras to the work because she hadn't planned it. Besart made sure that everything was as my mother wanted it and that he was there personally to ensure the work was done correctly so that my mother was happy. Overall very pleased.

They genuinely care about their work and were always ready to guide me with honest advice and their experience. It was completed within a reasonable timeframe and team was very friendly though out even in times of high stress.
