Overall had a great experience with this brokerage in the past, enough that I recommended my family members to trust them. I expected them to be well taken care of.
Unfortunately they gave bad guidance to my family member leading her insurance to be cancelled. Now she is getting quoted almost $100 more, and no accountability on the brokerage part. Would have been better to not have them as a broker in this case.
