The gutters are beautiful, they look like crown molding for the house. It really added to the curb appeal of my home. My new roof is gorgeous and has received compliments from both neighbors and the HOA! Aastro's team was excellent from the field to the office staff: responsive, professional, and respectful. Frankie and Nicole are who you want beside you as you go through this process. But everyone I engaged with was awesome! This was my first roof replacement. I had moments of anxiety but Nicole and Frankie talked me off the ledge, lol. I had an active leak start prior to my installation start date. They came out in two days and completed tile tear off and waterproofing in ONE day. They are the team to hire, hands down!

At first I was skeptical about all the 5 star reviews. So I called them to get an estimate for a leaking roof. I called twice because after the first estimate, I had to go out of town. Both times, different inspectors went into my attic and confirmed where the leak was coming from. Being from the same company, I called another roofing company for an estimate. The same diagnostic as to where the leak was coming from, thank goodness that they said that the leak was coming from the vent up on the metal roof. I decided to go with Aastro and I'm glad that I did. I was up on the roof with their employees Geremias and Milton. They worked quickly and found that the seal around the vent was bad. They removed one of the metal slats and properly, cleaned and sealed vent opening. Now I have to wait for the rain to make sure the leak has been fixed, but by seeing their work, I'm confident I have no more leaks. My only complaint is that I didn't know they were showing up today, but I'm grateful because I was told it could be 2 weeks before someone would be out. Overall I'm extremely happy with the services, they cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. Geremias and Milton are top notch. Luis O.

The person explained to me after some other company gave him the run around, a friend referred him to Aastro Roofing. I am so glad the person referred me to the Company. Working with the Aastro Roofing’s Staff was like working with family and friends. They are very professional; they have great communication skills. Their price is reasonable. Starting with Frankie the first time we met for my estimate, he explained the process in detail. He reassured me the work will be done timely. Every single time I called him, he was always there to guide me with the process. Miguel/the crew supervisor was great as well. Rogelio was great, he answered my questions nicely when he came for site inspection. Chelsea, and Nicole were never tired of my calls. They assisted with whatever I needed. I can’t forget Joseph either, the crew who did the work were very nice and friendly. If I needed any advice with my house, they were there to guide me. Every single person I encountered during the process was amazing. I thank everyone for a job well done! My roof is beautiful!
