One of my friend told me about Dr. Geeta Jain for my second child delivery. Dr. Geeta jain is very experienced and supportive. Dr. Ravinder pediatric is also very experienced and good. Ms. Dhanwanti (lactation consultant) explained each and every thing practically and in very detail. Each and every staff of Aastha Hospital is very supportive, kind and helpful. Thanks to whole team of Aastha Hospital.

Mujhe Aastha Hospital mein apni delivery ke dauran Dr. Geeta Jain ma’am se milne ka mauka mila. Unka calm nature aur deep knowledge really impressive hai. Entire nursing staff extremely caring tha. CGHS panel se mera treatment hua aur process bilkul smooth raha. Facility Manager ne sab documents handle kiye. I’ll always recommend Dr. Geeta Jain for maternity and gyne cases.

From Trust to Trauma: A Mapped Breakdown of Our Pregnancy Experience!!!
Going anonymous for personal reasons.
This review is dated back for our pregnancy journey May 2023.
We began consulting this doctor two months before conception, placing deep trust in her guidance during our family planning journey. Every visit felt reassuring - tests were thorough, advice was timely, and we felt supported. Once pregnancy was confirmed, we continued with regular checkups, confident we were in safe hands.
All prenatal scans and reports remained normal throughout. At 38 weeks, we went in for a routine checkup with no signs of labor - no contractions, no discomfort, no rupture. Yet, the doctor insisted on immediate admission, citing “dilation” as a reason. There was no discussion of labor readiness, no mention of Bishop score, and no explanation of risks or alternatives. We were told, “Labor may start soon,” and felt pressured to comply.
Soon after admission, injections were administered - likely oxytocin - without informed consent or documentation. Labor was artificially induced despite no natural signs. Eight hours later, during a checkup, the doctor deliberately ruptured the water bag. Again, no explanation, no escalation protocol, just a forced timeline.
The mother was asked to push for 30 minutes, despite no clear signs of full dilation or fetal descent. It felt like a formality, not a genuine attempt at vaginal delivery. Then came the pivot: “We need to do a C-section.” No fetal distress was explained, no monitoring data shared - just a rushed decision.
Post-surgery, the baby was sent to NICU for one day, even though APGAR scores were 8-8-8. No clear reason was given. The doctor went on leave immediately after the procedure and did not visit for two days. There was no handover, no continuity of care, and no emotional support for the mother recovering from surgery.
This experience felt like a pre-scripted induction-to-surgery pipeline, not patient-centered care. We saw no labor guidance, no escalation logic, and no dignity-preserving support. It appeared the outcome was engineered - not medically necessary.
If you’re considering this facility for delivery, ask hard questions:
- What are their induction protocols?
- Do they explain escalation logic and consent clearly?
- Will your doctor be present post-delivery?
- Are decisions made based on maternal-fetal need - or institutional convenience?
We started this journey with trust. We ended it with trauma. Be vigilant. Map your questions. Protect your birth experience.

Dear Reviewer,
We take every patient experience seriously. However, your review—posted anonymously and describing events from May 2023 (over two years ago)—contains several clinical assumptions and speculative interpretations that are factually impossible to verify without your identity or case records.
At Aastha Hospital, every obstetric decision — whether admission, induction, augmentation, or caesarean — is made strictly on clinical merit and supported by documented evidence.
• Induction is always preceded by proper counselling.
• Oxytocin, amniotomy (waterbag rupture), and other interventions are performed only when medically indicated and after continuous fetal and maternal monitoring.
• Labour progress, fetal heart tracings, and dilation are recorded in detail in every partograph and case file, as per NABH and FOGSI guidelines.
We would therefore appreciate it if you could kindly share your patient details (UHID, registered number, or discharge summary) so that our Ethics and Clinical Audit Committee can review your file and address this matter factually.
Without this, statements such as “forced induction”, “no consent”, or “no fetal descent” appear medically uninformed and potentially misleading to the public, especially as such judgments can only be made by qualified obstetricians after reviewing hospital records — not retrospectively by patients.
We remain fully committed to ethical, transparent, and evidence-based obstetric care, and request you to reach out at aasthahospitalnd@gmail.com for a proper, record-based review.
Warm regards,
Medical Director & Ethics Committee
