Had them replace my roof due to hail damage. They tried to jerk me around on the price. Didn't do half the stuff that was under contract. The roof shingles aren't done correctly. Then they stopped answering my calls, texts, emails. So I have to take legal actions. And guess what still no response. I also referred five houses from four customers and they all had similar bad experiences.

I never once raised my voice to any of them. I've attached the second contract we signed(this one has an error of no price) and the texts that have not been replied to. To disprove you. I paid for the gutters that I did agree to. I also have phone recordings and a book of all the interactions we had and a formal letter of request for completion that was sent certified USPS. No response to that either. I also have pictures of all the poor craftsmanship from all 5 houses.

We completed all of the work Mr. Willshon contracted us to do. Mr. Wilshon never paid his bill and when we tried to collect, he became irate, screaming at my staff. He did give referrals. All of them paid their bills in full and all of them were happy with the service and quality. I have not been made aware of anyone who is unhappy. If anyone ever is unhappy with the work they receive, please reach out and I will personally do whatever it takes to make it right.

I am so floored by this review that I really don't have the words to even respond. But here goes,
This homeowner came to me via a trainee in his 1st few weeks with the company in June '25. The trainee asked me to go with him to get the contract filled out since it was his 1st time doing it.
At the time, I did make a mistake reading their paperwork. I missed that the depreciation was non-recoverable, meaning the carrier would not be paying the full cost of replacement. Since I wrote the contract based on my mistake, I NEVER TRIED TO RECOUP THE DIFFERENCE. I made an error and I had to live with it.
But at the time of signing, Mr. Willshon asked how much it would cost to replace the old beat up gutters that were not covered by his policy and how much to add gutter screens to keep leaves out. I gave them a great deal gutters and gutter screens. All of this was clearly written out on the contract.
After the work was completed, I called to collect the money for the gutters and gutter screens as written on the contract. Mr. Willshon told me he had changed his mind about the gutters and didn't want them. I asked if he had told anyone about wanting to cancel the gutters and he said he couldn't get in touch with anyone. I have notes in my system where we contacted them multiple times throughout the build process and a note where the Willshon's called our office to rush scheduling because they were going out of town.
Mr. Willshon had my personal cell number, office number, and email but I did not have any missed calls, texts, emails or voice mails from him saying he wanted to cancel the gutters. Also, I did confirm at the time that the family was home while the gutters were being installed. If Mr. Willshon wanted to cancel the gutters, he could have just told my crew not to install them when they were on site.
I personally sat at this man's kitchen table, worked out a very generous contract as a thank you for his business and referrals. Then he asked for upgrades and I gave very generous pricing. After the work was completed, he simply refused to pay. Now he is going after me online for some reason. All work was completed. I was not paid. I have pictures of the work. I am completely dumbfounded.

Garrett's team did a fantastic job, 1 day from start to clean up and gone. They also identified and repaired some serious venting issues causing excessive moisture build up in our attic. Very happy with the results!!

We hired AA Royal Contracting to replace our roof. The project went very well from submitting the insurance claim to completion. Garrett was always available and made the whole process so easy for us. The crew was friendly, completed the job in one day and cleaned up all debris. I would always recommend Garrett and AA Royal Contracting!

We had a great experience with these guys! They did ALL the negotiating with the insurance company so we didn't have to deal with the hassle. We got a good deal on the roof and the removal and installation took less than 48 hours. Ask for Mike!

What a fantastic company! We needed an entire roof and gutter replacement due to a hail storm. They were patient and so helpful working with our insurance adjuster to approve a total roof replacement. The entire team was extremely professional and their communication was outstanding. They kept us updated appropriately throughout the entire process. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and once the job was complete you would never know they had been there except for the beautiful roof and gutters they left behind. I would without hesitation hire them again. It was a great experience, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone needing roof and/or gutter repairs or replacement.
My roof replacement with A&A was a great experience. It started with our project manager Michael who did everything he promised. The roofers were professional and showed expertise and care for our home. The follow up was excellent, and each step of the way was explained. This was my own experience, and I would recommend them to friends and family. I am confident if something went wrong that they would come back and take care of it promptly.
We worked with Royal to have our roof replaced after we had hail damage earlier in the season. We qualified for a total roof replacement. Daniel was the project manager and did a GREAT job, start to finish. Royal coordinated with our insurance company and got the Job done! Our roof looks fantastic! Mike was the first contractor to knock on my door the morning after a big hail storm. Several contractors throughout the day followed him up, but Mike was the early bird. Glad we went with A&A as everything went smooth, communication was clear and available, and the work was done on time, in one day, and kept clean. Throughout the process Mike made sure we understood our options, what they were going to do for us, and when to expect each step of the process to be completed. I am a retired painting contractor and would have gladly worked with Mike and the A&A team for any projects that fit their scope of work.
We have nothing but good things to say about A&A. We had them replace our shingles and guttering following a hailstorm earlier this summer. We meet with the owner Garrett and Cole the project manager at the beginning because I did not know who they were. After going through the process of what they would do we went ahead and went with them for our roof and guttering. What they told us would happen did on time frame and when the crews would show up. The crews were very professional and did a great job. The foreman for the roofing crew was great to talk to and he helped with any questions we had. I wished I could remember his name, but he did a great job. I highly recommend this group for roofing and guttering needs.
