Great experience!! I've been using orthotics for many years now, and the pair I've recently had made by Patrick are by far the best I've had! He was persistent in making the minor changes needed and this resulted in orthotics that are extremely comfortable. I really appreciate all the effort he put into perfecting the fit. Great customer service and expertise.

Highly recommend this business if you’re dealing with foot issues. The friendly clinic manager Mairi always greets you with a warm and welcoming smile. Jennifer Gulas is extremely knowledgeable, made some excellent suggestions to aide with foot recovery, and tweaked the custom orthotics to ensure a more comfortable fit. Prepare to enjoy happy feet!

Jennifer is awesome. She would always do extra tweaks to get my orthotics just right! Plantar Fasciitis is gone and really helped with a mortons neuroma issue as well.

Brad and his secretary Maire , is very accommodating and flexible. I had an issue with one of my orthotics become too high and he was able to squeeze me in to get it fixed. I have been a customer here for many years and am never disappointed!

I do a lot of walking to the park and exercising and my feet began hurting, then my legs, then my hips and finally my back.
So, I had to stop waking because at night the pain was terrible and I realized the origin of this was that I needed new insoles.
I have been looking for a good Pedorthist and after consulting in other places I decided to go to ORTHO-KINETICS, with Brad Gibbs.
He examined my feet, casted them, and they were ready in 2 weeks.
Once the new insoles were in my running shoes and I put them on...."LALALALA...it was like the Angels were singing" .....they were soooo comfortable from day one.....unbelievable !!!!!
From then on I have not missed out on walking in the nice weather, doing my exercises and I look forward wearing my running shoes, as they became the most comfortable shoes I have, Thanks to Brad and Mairi, for such professional and courteous manners in solving a problem I had.
They are the Best !!!!! 100% Recommend them !!!
