Ace was very professional and on time. Did full safety inspection, checked all breakers, outlets, GFI's, smoke detectors and other things.
I have had them do several jobs here and also for clients.

I would give zero stars if I could. The person dispatched was great, nice guy, professional, etc. I let him know the problem. He took one look at the breaker box inside and then outside. Took 5 minutes. Then proceeded to write me up an estimate for $1,000 without even saying what was wrong. I let him know that was outrageous and that there is no way that it should cost that much. I was charged $125 for that 5 minutes.
Called another place, 4.8 stars with 12k reviews. They sent a person over right away. Very professional, friendly, etc. Took one look at the problem, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it immediately. Under $400 in and out. I called back AAA to let them know. Their dispatch person was dismissive and rude. Stay away from this place.

The communication piece is where we fell short. Every homeowner is entitled to a clear explanation of what's wrong and why before they're shown a number. Our $125 diagnostic covers a licensed technician's time and travel and is credited toward the repair when work is authorized — but that fee only makes sense alongside a clear explanation of the findings, and it sounds like you didn't get one.
I also take the heated phone call seriously. That's not how our office is expected to treat people, and I'm reviewing it internally.

Dante Caviness and Luis Morales were great! They came out, were very professional and courteous and made sure to explain everything in terms that I would understand. Then they gave me options for fixing our wiring problem in the house and once I made my decision, they were able to resolve the very complex problem. They are very knowledgeable and have excellent troubleshooting skills and does things in a very methodical way to find and fix wiring problems.

AAA Electrical Services is an amazing company. My family had an electrical emergency with our home this summer. We woke up to PGE turning off our power due to faulty equipment behind the meter which could have burned down our home. We were stuck without power in the middle of summer and we ended up having to replace our entire electrical panel. AAA Electrical Services was able to get an electrician(Derian) out to our home within 35 minutes. They worked nonstop to try and get our power back on, but the county inspector left for the day. The next day they were able to finish the install. AAA Electrical Services handle all permits and was even able to get our power turned on ahead of schedule by reaching out to PGE. Thank you Derian, Ed, and everyone at AAA Electrical Services. You all are very professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about your customers. You all are my go to for all future home electrical needs.
