Child age 3, had to have a tooth out. I had to get 2 wisdom teeth out under gum. All done in dentist. All staff were amazing and polite and kind. We travel from Gladstone.
Hi, I have been a customer of A2Z dental for approximately 2 years, I came to Dr Abraham with a really bad top jaw. I had teeth infused to my sinus which was making me sick all the time and no bone left because I have had 5 teeth in my top jaw since I was 14 and im 35 now. At the time of starting my journey to fixing my health and teeth Dr Abraham was straight up and said it was going to be a challenge, he gave me all my options and gave me time to think about my journey, i decoded i wanted to get implants so we started with 2 bone infusions and a sinus lift, first one the sinus blew new bone out which caused an infection. Second one the bone failed to stay in place again due to my mouth and sinus. I knew all the risks of this happening and you ask why has it been nearly two years, because this is just time for healing which believe me quite frankly frustrating. I've had 2 single implants put in at the back of lower jaw, which i have had no issues with. I have had a full top denture for almost 2 years during which allowed top jaw to heal and grow bone. To recently just got my zygomatic implants under general anaesthesia for top jaw ( first Dr Abraham has done in Australia). I'm currently in the healing and stabilisation phase and so far no issues and am happy with the results. Great support from the whole team at A2Z dental including the anaesthesiology team during my whole journey. I was given clear upfront and honest opinions on timeframe and what would be best for my personal situation. As you can imagine the whole process does not come cheap but with the assistance from A2Z dental team i was able to access my superannuation to be able to fund my journey. Cannot recommend A2Z dental enough.

Dr Abraham made me feel very at ease and took time to ensure that the experience was comfortable and pain free.
In comparison to past dental experiences A2Z Dental really stands out with the services they offer. I really appreciated the care and consideration shown and would highly recommend them.
Was scared of dentist. But they made u feel welcome. Had 4 crowns down and 3 teeth out. Shanice the dentist is brilliant. Talks u through the whole thing. And the after-care is just as good. Receptionist phoned to make sure I was right and had no problems. Would definitely recommend to anybody.
Dr Shanice and receptionist Leonie were very helpful and kind. At our 3yo child's dental checkup, there were some cavities that needed further investigation. With the help of "Spotty the dental giraffe" toy, Dr Shanice had the dental radiographs done without issue. She gently talked our child through each process at the visit. Our child ended up having a general anaesthetic at the surgery and the fillings were done while asleep. Again the staff talked us through the process and what to expect. Everything went very well, and our child was calm through the whole procedure. She recovered and was running around again by the afternoon. Happy that we were able to save her baby teeth and avoid further problems. Dental visits remain a positive experience for her. Overall, the standard of this dental practice was exceptional.

I honestly can’t thank this clinic enough. I have extreme anxiety and a real phobia of the dentist, and I was absolutely terrified before my appointment.
But from the moment I walked in, the whole team was so kind, patient, and understanding. They listened to me, never rushed me, and made me feel safe the entire time.
For the first time in my life, I left the dentist feeling proud instead of scared. I’m so grateful I found this clinic — I highly recommend them, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety.

It was my first time at the dentist in years and I was geniunely surprised at how efficient, professional, friendly and non-judgemental the entire team at A2Z were. They acknowledged that I had prior traumatic experiences with a dentist. Dr Abraham acknowledged my anxiety with sensitivity and did his best to put me at ease.
The dental issue that I had was quickly identified, an appointment booked for a procedure to resolve the issue, which was completed in a very timely manner. I was also provided with clear and concise aftercare instructions, and they followed up on how I was doing the following day.
I have no hesitation in giving A2Z five stars! :)
Very good dentist clinic! Had a semi-urgent appointment and were able to get me in just a day and fully diagnose the problem and solve the issue. Friendly receptionist and dental specialists.
