I’ve been going to Nova Spine for awhile now because they are helping and the staff listens to me. I do not feel like a number, the front desk staff know who I am. Even asking about my fur babies, dog & pups when I come in. Dr Park, Dr Baker, & Kristine has been a God send with helping me feel better. Kristine offers options, shows what can be done, and listens to what I am comfortable with.

Dr. Baker is great! After a bicycle accident and in horrendous pain, he with his office staff, was able to get quick approval from my insurance to have a much needed procedure. Everyone there is friendly.

With friendly knowledgeable staff, a comfortable waiting room and clean facilities throughout, Novaspine pain institute is always an easy doctor’s visit. The providers are so caring you feel as if they are trusted friends. Scheduling is easy and I’m rarely put on hold. Phones are answered by a person on site. All staff work together smoothly and details are not missed, even down to seasonal decorating. Shout out to my team of providers, Doctor Baker and Terrie Pasch! I appreciate you all!
