I have been to this location for several 90 minute massages since it is very conveniently located to me. 2/4 of my massages have been interrupted to attend to office issues. The 1st time the therapist step out of my massage to answer the phone because they didn’t have anyone covering the desk. They proceeded to book someone’s apt while I waited. Yesterday the therapist stepped out of my massage twice to discuss someone not wanting a male therapist and then left my massage to attend to that person and sending someone else to finish my massage. Not only did they cont to interrupt my massage they also ended it earlier than it should have. While I understand staffing can be a challenge at time I expect more professionalism when you enter the room as that time should be blocked for me and should not be used to handle your business operations. When I discussed the issues with the desk I was brushed off and felt they ignored the situation. The 1st time I was understanding that things come up but this seems to be normal operating habits for them.

My husband and I had a couples massage this afternoon and we feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Ready for our flight across the pond on Monday! Highly recommend A-Massage. Clean, relaxing , pleasant staff, professional. Nice to have in Carrollton so you don’t get all stressed out with traffic driving back home!

Not a quality massage. Did not feel like a professionally trained masseuse. Three of us got massages today and not one of us thought it was acceptable. If you want someone to pour oil on you and rub around with their elbows this might be a good fit for you. I will never return to this place.

I highly recommend A1 Massage!! It’s better than five stars at half the price of what’s across the river. I opted for deep tissue massage. Jessie found and got rid of all the knots in my back and neck. Very therapeutic and exceptionally relaxing. The rub down with hot stones at the end is a nice touch. I felt like a pool of melted butter. I’ll definitely go back!!
