We used A1 buses on the weekend for our wedding. Mal was an absolute pleasure to deal with, we had ever changing bus numbers and he was so accomodating with changes.
Buses were on time on the day and clean.
Very quick at giving our bond back too!

We wanted to provide safe and timely transport for our wedding guests from the Adelaide CBD to our Mclaren Vale wedding. Mal and the team at A1 charter were professional, courteous, and provided an excellent service for our wedding guest transport. Our guests particularly appreciated the air conditioning as a break from the day's heat.

We had the huge task of transporting 100 guests to and from Mt Compass from multiple different accommodations in 3 different mini buses for our wedding! A1 did a phenomenal job coordinating this and making sure everyone got there on time and safely. Can not recommend this company enough. Organising through them was stress free, professional and responsive and our guests had a great time being able to enjoy themselves without the worry of getting home. Big huge Thankyou A1 and big shout out to Mal. No request was too much hassle, we are incredibly grateful for how smooth it all went.
Driver over speed limit on expressway. Left his right indicator on but not moving across lanes for many kms then swerves across and back narrowly missing my car. DRIVE BETTER!!!

If possible should this happen again could you please contact our office so we can deal with the issues immediately rather than air them on a forum where they possibly don't belong.
We take speeding very seriously and given all our vehicles are fitted with speed recognition GPS then it would have been easy to deal with the correct driver should you have called at the time. It's hard to deal with issues like this if we don't know all of the details.

We hired two buses from A1 Tour & Charter for our wedding and couldn't be happer with the service they gave us! Very professional, quick to respond and the buses were very good quality. They were more than happy to be flexible with pickup/drop-off points and helped us map out a route to the wedding and back. Would definitely recommend using these guys!
