I had a customer on a septic with a backed up sewer on a Saturday morning, upon arrival I noticed the septic tank needed to be pumped out, gave these guys a call they were literally right down the street and came over in 10minuets flat. Very polite and professional workers who went above and beyond helping us to figure out why the sewer is backing up. I highly appreciate these guys and will be recommending them to all our customers. Matt and his crew saved us! They were onsite within the hour after our sewer backed up and would not drain. They stayed until after dark to rebuild our sewer lateral after removing FOUR tree roots! I assumed we would be stuck in a hotel for the next week and they fixed us up within 12 hours at a very reasonable cost. Thank you so much A-1 testing!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I absolutely would. As a real estate broker, I was initially given an estimate by Tapco but chose not to move forward due to their lack of understanding of my specific needs with this seller. Based on our experience with A1 Testing Maintenance Inc in testing, fixing, and upgrading the sewer lateral to our cabin at Soda Springs, CA, my wife and I highly recommend them for sewer installation, repair, and testing. Matt and his crew proved to be skilled, professional, polite, friendly, and ultimately completed the project at a very reasonable cost. For those who would like more detail, the following summarizes the project work completed by A1 between July 15 and August 31, 2020: Our family is in the process of selling our 40+ year old cabin at Soda Springs and we needed to have the sewer lateral tested and certified. We called A1 Testing Maintenance Inc for help. Matt showed up promptly as scheduled, and climbed down into our crawl space with his TV sewer scope. With the scope he found one buried cleanout 30 feet from the cabin, which we dug out. Using this cleanout for subsequent access, Matt determined that there were no other cleanouts on the line to the main, making it impossible to test for leaks. I then asked him to install two cleanouts, one by the street and one next to the cabin foundation wall, to allow for testing the entire line. With the cleanouts in place Matt found that the line was leaking badly. He located the leak, replaced the fractured pipe where it leaked, installed cleanout covers, worked with DSPUD to complete the certified leak test, and finally, paved the portions of the driveway that were dug up. In completing the work stepwise and zeroing in on the problem area, I estimate that Matt saved our family several thousand dollars by avoiding the need for excavating and replacing the entire 120-foot lateral. Throughout the project Matt kept me informed of his progress and consulted with me via email, phone calls, text, and photos, patiently allowed me to work with him and ask questions when I wanted to, and kept meticulous track of his hours and expenses.
