I had a great experience with 911Air-Care. From the first contact, the team was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful. They took the time to explain the issue clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the available options before moving forward.
The work was completed efficiently and professionally, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s clear that they care about doing the job properly rather than simply trying to sell unnecessary services.
I would definitely recommend 911Air-Care to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service, whether it’s a repair, maintenance, or a new installation. Great communication, honest service, and a professional team!
The tech Ali gave a lot of helpful suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the system. I called for estimates on changing the HVAC register box in an apartment. Ali gave me several options to get better performance out of a system that previously has been giving me several problems and I was questioning whether the building was suitable for central air. I appreciate being advised on different options to choose instead of just making a fix that would have to be redone in a few months.
Great people. Job done very accurately fast and within budget
911 air care is one of the worst hvac contractor in the area. They came for 15 mins, saying my hvac was leaking.
Then told me I needed to get a full system replacement. Charged me $89 for their service fee and blackmail me to pay first so they can provide me with expensive quotes. I hired another company, came out same day and fixed the leak. HVAC is doing great now.

Hi LPP, thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify what was found during our visit and why replacement options were provided. Our technician diagnosed the system as having a refrigerant leak at the outdoor condenser coil, with the system essentially out of refrigerant. The equipment is a 2.5-ton R-410A heat pump manufactured in March 2017, making it approximately 9½ years old.
When a system of this age develops a condenser-coil refrigerant leak, there are typically two paths: repair the leaking component and recharge the system, or consider replacement. Because condenser-coil repairs can become costly once parts, labor, refrigerant recovery, evacuation, leak testing, and recharging are included, we routinely provide replacement options so the homeowner can compare repair cost versus long-term value. This recommendation does not mean an older R-410A system cannot be repaired. EPA rules still allow existing R-410A systems to be serviced and repaired; however, new residential split systems installed after January 1, 2026 generally transition to lower-GWP refrigerants, so equipment age, future component availability, efficiency, and expected future repair costs are reasonable factors to consider.
The $89 charge was our disclosed diagnostic/service fee for the technician's visit and system diagnosis, not a charge to receive a replacement estimate. Providing replacement options after identifying a major refrigerant leak is a normal part of our service process and is intended to give the homeowner choices, not to pressure them into replacement.
We are glad to hear another contractor was able to repair the system and that it is currently operating properly. HVAC diagnosis can sometimes result in different repair recommendations depending on the exact repair method, condition observed, and amount the homeowner wishes to invest in an aging system. Our recommendation was based on the condition documented during our visit and was made to help minimize the possibility of significant future repair costs on an older R-410A system.

I needed to find out what was going on with my hvac system in my condo. Parsa was so helpful with diagnosing the problem. And gave me great recommendations. He even went above and beyond by speaking to the maintenance workers and to my upstairs neighbor whose hvac system was leaking into mine. The price quoted was also very reasonable. Personable and Professional! I highly recommend 911Air-Care
Parsa was so knowledgeable and he immediately found the issue. He was also very thorough and kind. I will absolutely call them again if I encounter anymore HVAC issues.
Very hospitable, great service, quick response time, quick fix. The pricing however is was quite high for a 10-15 min fix. I didn't have much of a choice at the point of diagnosis so I went through with the job. I would give them 5 stars, but I found the service far too expensive. "Please understand that our pricing includes the professional travel fee, and one hour of labor for a licensed technician." Maybe I'm old school, but that's not how things used to work.

Hi Usama, thank you for your honest feedback and for recognizing our prompt response, quality service, and technician’s professionalism. We completely understand your concern regarding the cost. Before performing any repair, we provide a written estimate through our CRM system, and work can proceed only after the customer reviews, approves, and signs it. Our pricing is based not only on the time required to complete the repair, but also on accurate diagnosis, technician training and expertise, operating costs, and the use of genuine OEM parts to preserve the manufacturer’s original design and ensure reliable performance. We sincerely appreciate your business, understanding, and continued support.
Professionals and honest. They are the best!!

Parsa Rajabi was fantastic. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond — we had to push our appointment back because we were running late, and he was still able to come out later that evening to help us. He diagnosed and resolved our AC issue quickly. Great communication and great service — highly recommend him if you need AC repair.
