I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I had two moves that I had discussed with them and when I scheduled one, they mixed them up. When I got the estimate I thought that might have been the case and alerted them to confirm. When the team showed up they were surprised at the size of the job due to the mixup. The two movers offered to do the job if we paid them $300 cash which I declined. It took some time for them to call the office and get a third mover but then the job got done. When I signed for the job, both the mover and I were surprised at the total due so he called the office to see if it was correct. They were on speaker and Kate said to hold on while she checked, came back and said the words "ok they're all set" to the mover who then handed me the tablet to sign which now showed no additional balance due. Turns out that Kate simply charged the amount rather than discuss my question, leaving me and the mover with the impression that the charge was removed. When I called Kate to discuss, we determined together that we were charged for 45 minutes of time that was not spent moving, rather it was spent sorting out the logistics on the phone. We were credited a portion but still overcharged by $68.75. When I called again, I was told that it was my fault and they would not offer any additional refund. I am confident that I am correct and will be finding a new business for my next move. Very disappointed!
Very easy to deal with and had great communication. Richard and Austin were fast and efficient moving my furniture. I had paid for two and a half hours but they got it done in two hours, which saved me some money. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely disappointed. Stay away!
First, the driver missed the exit and arrived 30 minutes late. Then, the office had confused our job with a different one that involved fewer items and a smaller storage unit. When the movers arrived, there were only two people instead of three necessary for the job.
The two movers then told us that they couldn't get a third person, but if we "paid them an additional 50% tip (about $300), they would finish the job in 90 minutes with just the two of them"—which we declined and did not appreciate. After calling the office again, they finally sent a third person, who arrived another 30 minutes later. The movers completed the job, but broke a large vase in the process.
The move took exactly 3 hours. However at the end there when we signed of the job, there was a $400 surcharge on the bill and we called the office again. Kate reviewed the charge and then said “ok they’re all set” indicating the surcharge was an error. However, when the final invoice arrived it turned out they actually had charged the $400 without authorization.
In addition, our final invoice said 3 hours and 45 minutes, resulting in another overcharge. When we disputed the charge, the office tried to blame us for their confusion about the job size, even though they had confirmed the details with us two days before and they confusing jobs didn’t have anything to do with us.
Overall, not happy with this company, feeling scammed. I think it's the same company who changed their name due to all the bad reviews.

The movers did not seem like they wanted to be there, not had they gotten training or appropriate gear. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars over quote for three guys to spend over an hour arguing over how to move my furniture and failing multiple times before they figured it out. They did not have the straps that would have made it safer and easier for them to move heavy stuff down stairs. They did not use the protective cloth. The borrowed my tools without talking to me about it. They then left them out in my house. They took down the railing and left it in the middle of the hall. Broke a table that was not part of the move. I thought maybe I would get someone to come back and put the railing back up after I spoke to customer service, but no, just charged me 500 over the estimate and told me to file a cumbersome report with a third party. I did all I could to file this report trying to upload pictures and sent multiple emails to no avail. You would do better renting a UHaul and offering work to the first three people you meet. Using this company was an expensive and very unpleasant mistake.
Update: I noticed that the company has posted responses inviting me to call them. I have tried and have not gotten connected to any humans or gotten any calls back from them. I am still living with the furniture they damaged. If they are sincere about wanting to do right by me, I welcome that! They were very able to call me when booking and taking payment. My number has not changed.

My husband and I had your company MOVE us over a year ago. My original post was removed explaining the TERRIBLE experience. You most certainly did move us and this once again, shows your shady ways. "I can assure you Amy" sounds very cordial however, you are absolutely not being truthful. People who are considering moving, DO NOT use them. They did truly wrong by my husband and myself and all I can say is....be careful! My review is honest and this is the company. Easy to say "Wasn't us". Unreal....Consumer Beware... I was ALSO TOLD that workers get bonuses for good reviews and encourages customers to do so which is great...they certainly didn't ask us...for obvious reasons. What a con game. All of these reviews have been screened for ONLY positive customers. I actually had someone email me a few times during my first edit asking me to take it down...CORRUpt. I am adding another edit. Below the company states we never used them. We most certainly did and the charade is once again, the SHADY part of this company. Your response saying you "don't have a record" is not surprising. I would not waste my time posting about something that didn't happen. I find your response to be once again, irresponsible and deceitful. Shame on you. I would NOT recommend this company for out of state moves. HORRENDOUS and dishonest. I also find it incredibly aggressive for you to post a phone number here too. Again..shame shame shame on you.
We used this company as they advertised that they move out of state. It was a total disaster and I blame the owner 100 percent as the staff was very kind. They took our entire contents of our house and said they would have it to us in about a week out of state. Well, turns out they emptied all of our stuff into their warehouse (I have photos from someone who sent them to me) and then used the truck for other moves...keeping our entire lives for a MONTH before we begged them to please bring it. Trucks broke down, can't find help...one line after another. Then, when it arrived they upped the price, asked for a cashier check or cash or wouldn't release..we were desperate and heart broken. Finally, we got our lives back and a broken large screen Mac Computer. It was one of the most disrespectful, unprofessional, lying business I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY! I was also harassed with emails when I posted this on Yelp to take down my honesty. Not okay. Never called to apologize help...nothing. A CON GAME FOR SURE. I stand by my words here. I am also noticing a bogus response from the owner that we can contact their "claims" department for refunds. Lies. Not true. Doesn't happen. Saving face on poor reviews. TERRIBLE.
