I recently was referred to 805 Property Restoration to mitigate a mold issue I had in my wall. I am so thankful for that recommendation because they were awesome!! George came out to look at the project the next day. He was so knowledgeable, down to earth and reassuring, I could tell he really cared about helping me. The estimate for the work was beyond reasonable and was scheduled quickly. When the project started, the team was great. They explained the whole process and timeline, addressed all my questions and did fantastic work. The worksite was meticulous and enclosed in a plastic “room” so there was no disruption to anything in my house. When the main work was completed, their painting and detail work was impeccable. You couldn’t even tell they had to replace part of the wall. I am so thankful to 805 Property Restoration for truly being an outstanding company to work with. Their commitment to me, as a customer, went above and beyond. Thank you to George and his team!!! You guys are the best!!

Greg and Project Manager Nicolas were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. We had a kitchen flood and needed a full rebuild — new cabinets, flooring, and countertops. 805 Property Restoration came through in every way. They not only helped design the new space but also sourced quality materials and handled the installation with great attention to detail. Greg managed the project smoothly, and Nicholas was the MVP — present every step of the way to make sure everything was done right. A couple of months later, one of our stairs cracked due to a faulty vinyl product (totally out of 805’s control). Even though the project was already finished and paid for, they came back promptly and fixed it without hesitation. The entire team was respectful, professional, and truly stood by their work. This company is amazing! They came at the end of the day on a Friday with a call at 3:00 pm! Compassion and Honesty are just 2 of their virtues! My first call was to a company that the owner was tonally abusive, said it would cost a LOT to address the smoke in the house and that they couldnt get there until 3 days later, then when she called back to say he could come at 9 am was rude when I said I'm looking elsewhere. So grateful for the referral to 805! Came right out and the treatment was under $500!! Kind as could be too!! Thanks Greg and George!!

Several months ago, we experienced a burst in the ice/water line from our fridge early in the morning. When I walked into the kitchen, I noticed water seeping through the floors and initially thought the dishwasher had leaked. I called a local plumber, and they quickly identified the source of the leak—the line from the fridge. I immediately contacted my insurance company, who sent over a water damage restoration company to pack up everything and remove the damaged cabinets and flooring. They set up about 15 fans to dry out the kitchen and living room for about a week. I asked my insurance rep if they could recommend someone to restore the kitchen and living room, and they suggested I contact George Barany, the owner of 805 Property Restoration. After I explained my situation, George and one of his foremen, Greg, arrived at my house within half an hour. Within 20 minutes of meeting them, I knew I had found the right company. After signing a contract, they immediately began the demo work and handled all the details with my insurance company. We are so grateful to have had 805 property restoration rebuild our kitchen! our neighbors washing machine leaked down into our kitchen and the cupboards had to go and the ceiling was opened up. Overall excellent service from the get-go. Wouldn't go anywhere else! George came out initially and worked out the situation with us and our insurance. Greg and his crew, Nic, Angel, and Saul Worked with us in every way possible and that was so appreciated. The crew did a fantastic job.
