Great apartment I enjoyed my stay! Place has everything you need to accommodate for however long you stay. However, the cleaning fee is extremely too high… they make you do all the work during check out. (Stripping all beds, load and start dishwasher, take out your own trash) if the cleaning fee was lower I would understand. But for 1 night I was charged $120 cleaning fee.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, leider war die Straße sehr laut zu hören nachts und am ersten Abend wurde nebenan eine Party gefeiert, die ebenfalls sehr laut zu hören war. In der nächsten Nacht war es jedoch viel ruhiger (außer die Straße). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet auch mit Tee und Gewürzen 😊 die Wohnung ist auch sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet!

Lucas place is really nice and sparkling clean. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee/tea and spices. The beds were cozy and every room had outside blinds so there was no early wake up due to sunlight. The living room is huge and the TV has features like Netflix and something else and it also has a huge dining table which seats 10 people!!!The whole place is really welcoming and I have to say it again bc you hardly find a space that is so meticulously clean. The communication was great and Lukas proactively let us know on the day of arrival that the water heater broke. He offered a discount which was fine for us as we only stayed for one night. On the ground floor is an excellent Cambodian restaurant which you can smell when you enter the doorway of the house but when you are on the second floor inside the apartment, there was no smell at all.I would highly recommend the place and would stay there again without hesitation.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in gepflegter Atmosphäre- jeder Zeit wieder
☺Es war eine sehr ruhige Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet war. Große Küche mit allem was man braucht. Neues Bad mit Fenster. Gemütliche Betten.
Stadtzentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt um die Ecke. Parken direkt vor der Tür möglich - Tagesticket mit 5,- € wirklich erschwinglich.
Nette Vermieter. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gemangelt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
