Our experience with 7 Day Kitchen was fantastic, and the end result was exactly what we wanted - a transformation that makes our kitchen area our favorite room in the house! This team was wonderful to work with from start to finish!
Our first meeting was with Barry and And. They listened to our pain points with our current kitchen, and as we talked through possibilities, they were able to generate a quote for us on the spot to allow us to see how what we were envisioning fit with our budget. We liked the transparency of the quoting process and that they were happy to dive into the details and answer every single question we had.
Michael created a detailed kitchen layout that let us visualize what the finished project would look like, and it was great to have Michelle to help with all the cabinet, tile, countertop and fixture selections to make sure what we selected fit our vision. We made a pretty significant change to the layout towards the end of the design process, removing a wall between our kitchen and dining room to open up the space, and the team quickly updated the plan to keep us on track for our desired start date.
Once work started, Jason, our Project Manager, made sure the project ran smoothly. He was available for every question we had and made sure that the finished project exceeded our expectations. He knocked it out of the park and got our project finished in 7 days, 3 days earlier than the 10 we were quoted based on the wall removal. The quality of the work was outstanding and on budget!

We've now worked with Barry and his team twice on significant projects in our Waxhaw home; first on an all new kitchen and this second time around, he and his team somehow installed all new LVP flooring throughout our house, which already was fully furnished, in just four days. They even took care to replace what was insufficient subflooring when they saw it would be an issue. Their communications are clear, the team is very responsive and we appreciate being listened to throughout the process. When we learned the flooring we wanted was out of stock, Barry took the initiative to find an alternative at the same price that ended up being better than what we could have imagined. After the flooring was installed, they sent a painter to refresh the molding and baseboards throughout the house. I absolutely love my new kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with 7 Day Kitchens. From start to finish, the process was smooth, fast, and incredibly professional. They managed to complete the remodel within the promised time frame; seriously the fastest remodel I’ve ever seen! However, they still took the time to get every little detail right. 7 Day Kitchens truly lived up to their name! We were told that with all the extra painting and flooring we were having done throughout the house, plus the custom office cabinets we were having put in that it would take at least 10-11 days to complete, but they managed to pull it all off in 7! Seeing their daily progress was amazing, and my friends on Facebook couldn't believe how much work was being accomplished in a single day.
Most importantly, despite their speed, they did high quality work and were a dream to work with throughout the whole process - from the design stage all the way to the end. I had no idea what to expect and was nervous going in about having to micromanage everything - as I tend to do - but Jason, the Project Manager, took care of me every step of the way and made sure everything was exactly to my liking. It's amazing how relaxed I was throughout the week while my whole house was being torn up!
I've heard horror stories from folks about how they were without a kitchen for months while their contractors drug their feet on every little thing. I'm so thrilled we didn't go through that experience and we now have a beautiful kitchen to come home to every day.

My wife and I had been wanting to remodel our kitchen for years but we could not stomach the thought of people working inside our home for weeks or months. Most contractors were saying anywhere from 5 to 8 weeks for construction. Recently we started looking around again and came across 7 Day Kitchens in Charlotte. We were skeptical at first - a kitchen remodel in 7 days, whatever - but after meeting with Barry we were convinced we made the right call. He walked us through the process from day 1 to day 7 and it made so much sense. He even prepared a written estimate during the first meeting. We could see that we were dealing a different kind of contractor. We hired 7 Day Kitchens and set the installation date during the first visit. A few days later, we met Michelle and Michael to walk us through the design process. Michelle held our hand through the whole thing and endured our endless - sometimes silly - questions. Our installation date arrived and the team rolled in. Our project manager Jason was great and kept us informed every step of the way. Matter of fact everyone that we came in contact with was great. They were very respectful of us and our home. They did a great job keeping the work area clean. We had one small hiccup with one of the pullout trays. We showed it to Jason and he took care of it without any question. 6 days later - not even 7 days - and our brand new kitchen was completely finished. They started on Monday and were done on Saturday. We were blown away and we absolutely love it. If you need a kitchen remodel you owe it to yourself to call 7 Day Kitchens in Charlotte.

Our experience with 7 Day Kitchens was phenomenal. When we initially requested a quote, Barry (the business owner) reached out to us directly and was available via phone call or text pretty much anytime we needed him throughout our process of gathering estimates.
Once we selected 7 Day, Barry and Michael (designer) had multiple meetings with us for design and product selection. The meetings made it easy to understand our options and how each decision impacted the end result and cost. They worked around our schedule and were accommodating and fully communicative throughout this part of the process as well.
When the job started, Jason (project manager) was a true delight to have in our house every day. We chose to rent a place to stay during the renovation and we felt fully comfortable with Jason running everything in our house. He called or texted anytime he had an issue and there was no major issues that him and the team couldn’t find a solution for.
To wrap things up, Barry did a walk through and helped us identify what things needed to be touched up before he would accept that the job was finished and Jason worked around our schedule to execute the remaining punch list.
I was extremely happy with the end product and the process that got us there. I’d highly recommend giving Barry and his team a chance to earn your business if you have a kitchen renovation in mind.
