Placement of embroidery was wrong. I specifically asked for it to be placed in a certain spot. She showed me where it would be beforehand, and I approved. When I picked it up, it was placed in a different area than where I was shown.
Response to owner: Yes, as I stated in my review, the tape was shown to me beforehand in a specific spot which is exactly where I wanted it. When I picked up my item, the embroidery was placed BELOW the taped area. What's the point of showing the customer the tape if you're just going to place the embroidery wherever you want?

We would have been happy to address any issue you had when you picked up the backpack. Unfortunately, you did give us an opportunity to resolve any issue you may have had. We used tape to mark the area you wanted the embroidery placed. The name was on the front bottom pocket as requested. We used the font and thread color you requested.
