Travis is super friendly and responsive. We had a small issue with the installation of engineered hardwood, and he had his guy out the next day to take care of it. That’s the sign of a good contractor; how they handle the unexpected. All of our future flooring work will be through Travis and his people if we can help it!

Best home improvement project ever, since we hired Travis and his team. They replaced the whole 2nd and 3rd floor and stairs with engineering hardwood floor, with very professional and fast installation, and very reasonable price. More importantly, they keep the house very clean. Travis also helped to pick up the wood from supplier and return the extra wood back. Travis replaced some damaged wood (engineered) planks and the results were good as new. I had a different company come give me estimates before 704 Flooring and they quoted some insane prices and used scares tactics to try and upsell. Glad I didn’t get fooled. Go with company, you’ll be good to go.

We recently moved into an older house and after tearing out the carpet to have hardwood floors throughout, we found really dark stains in all rooms that had carpet. We got quotes from 3 companies and two companies told us the floors were ruined and they needed to be completely replaced. Travis at 704 Flooring said they could be refinished with a darker stain so that we could keep the original floors. The floors ended up looking way better than we expected and they did it in a timely manner!
I can't recommend 704 Flooring enough. We had to change our schedule a couple of times due to various things and they were responsive and flexible and made it no extra trouble. When they were installing our floors they found water damage along an interior/exterior wall that they let me know about and gave us time to get the leak fixed and came back to finish the flooring in that area just a couple days later. The pricing is more than fair and their work is extremely high quality. If you have a flooring job in the Charlotte area, these guys should be your first call.
