They laid down floor covers, wrapped the mattress in plastic, and even shoveled a path from the truck to the front door. Everything was handled smoothly and with care. I was really impressed by how calm and professional the team stayed throughout the move. My three kids were running around, my dog wouldn’t stop barking, and the Brookline house was full of open boxes but the movers handled it all like it was nothing. They even made sure the kids’ beds were loaded last so they could get to sleep quickly at the new place. Truly kind people and real professionals. Thanks for making my local move so smooth.

What really stood out to me wasn’t just the move itself, but how they handled an issue along the way. While moving me out of my Roslindale apartment, one of my boxes ripped. Instead of brushing it off, they immediately grabbed a new box, carefully repacked everything, and even wrote a note on it that said, “opened by movers, repacked safely.” That level of honesty is rare to find with Boston movers, and it’s exactly why I’m leaving this review.

My move from Charlestown included a wine fridge full of bottles I’ve collected for years. I told them I could move it myself, but the team insisted they knew how to handle it properly. They emptied it, wrapped each bottle in sleeves, and secured the fridge separately. Not one bottle shifted. I don’t write reviews often, but this Boston moving company earned it.

They even let her point out where she wanted small items placed, which made her feel comfortable and in control. This was all during my elderly aunt’s move from Jamaica Plain to assisted living in Peabody, and she smiled the entire time. That alone was priceless. I moved my music room from Somerville to Melrose and I was nervous about my guitar amps and keyboard. The team asked me how I preferred them packed, which caught me by surprise because no mover had ever asked before. They used blankets, straps, and soft padding. Everything arrived perfect.
