We had these guys out a year or so ago for new gutters and they were very easy to work with. We recently had them come back to put in gutter guards and a update to a down sport and they were in and out in a little over an hour. Everything looks great and the cost was very reasonable.

All I can say is "outstanding...not just in the quote promptly, but follow-up (including attempted help with worthless "NOT THE FRIEND ON YOUR SIDE"...WHAT HOGWASH FAKE ADVERTISING, BECAUSE THE "NOT ON YOUR SIDE", THE EXTREMELY POOR FOLLOW-UP, (IF AT ALL...WAS ADVISED SO MANY TIMES, "WILL FOLLOW-UP ON MONDAY (EXTREMELY RARE IF THERE WAS A FOLLOW UP BY THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY)....OVERALL....THE
FARM" MUST BE THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER...NEIGHBORS HAD THEIR ROOF REPLACED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS AFTER THE TORNADO (WORTHLESS INSURANCE ENGINEER PROVIDED REPORT THAT THERE WAS 27MPH TORNADO...MILES AWAY, NOT EVEN USING MY ADDRESS. WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THIS "LACK OF NEIGHBOR ON YOUR SIDE" COMPANY....

Absolutely amazing Company to work with for my siding and gutters! Every question was answered before, during and after the project. Thank you, Mark Fox ! I contacted Mark and explained to him that I was up against a timeframe to finish my project before my insurance due date. I canceled a contract with another company that I won't disclose. Mark got right to work and was out to my house the very next day and did a scope of my project. He made it easy to work with him and the company , really showed his integrity of wanting to make me comfortable with going forward on my project.
The Installation Team was excellent. They were efficient, skilled, polite, and respectful of my property. They did a great job cleaning everything up before they left for the day.
My old “new house” is beautiful!!! Thanks again to Mark and his team !!

From the initial meeting to the final completion, Mark has been there. It was a long and arduous road dealing with the insurance company. With the help of Tyler, they fought for me and finally got the insurance to pay for the repairs. They did a great job with my roof, completed in one day and I love it! I would most definitely recommend this company!

Worked directly with Keith, and will continue to work with 614 Exteriors going forward! Moved into an existing home. The seller had a roof inspection done with a positive report, our home inspection also had positive comments regarding the roof life even considering it's age, but our big name insurance company decided after the purchase to not cover us unless we replaced the roof. For another opinion and possibly a quote, Keith came highly recommended and we soon found out why. Keith came to the house within 2 days of contacting him, knowing the situation and urgency to inspect. We anticipated receiving a quote. However, upon flying his drone around the house, he agreed with the two previous inspections that the roof is not in any immediate need to replacement and has up to 10 years of life left... Keith was honest with us in saying, I'd love to sell you a roof, but you guys just simply don't need one yet. He captured great photos and shared with us to provide to the insurance companies we're reaching out to, and has offered to help communicate the expected remaining life to the companies we are quoting now. We will be working with Keith and 614Exteriors for our future home projects as they come up! From my experience, Keith cares about his customers more than the dollar, is extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience, and works with the highest integrity -- will give you straight, honest answers. As a full-time working mom and a multi-property landlord, I am always looking to build my vendor network with trustworthy and responsive teams. I’m so pleased to have Tim on speed dial! I had a mystery leak in a townhome that a plumber said I needed a roofer for. Tim at 614 was the only one who figured out that the vent pipe cap was completely missing! Other companies tried to make up stories about the leak’s root cause but Tim actually solved the problem and offered a same day, reasonably priced solution. When we had a surprise leak occur elsewhere a couple weeks later, Tim & Mark diagnosed it same day and after hours. I’m extremely impressed by Tim’s customer service and passion for his work. Update: We had our project finished months ago now, but noticed some issues with water during a storm with our gutters. Dakota did not hesitate to stop out next day and inspect. He then proceeded to clear out my gutters at no charge. This is the true definition of customer service and taking care of each other. If you want a business to take care of you like you are their neighbor, this is it. I'm happy that being a good person and neighbor is still prevalent today. I would recommend Dakota and crew hands down over anyone else
Needing a new roof was not on our agenda, but working with Dakota and 614 made it easy. Simply put the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceeded expectations.
