I had tenants moving in on March 1st and had scheduled with another cleaning company and they never showed up or call on Feb 28th. I called Jose on the same day and he showed up within 1 hour with a crew and they did a wonderful job with my rental and the price was cheaper than the original company. They really bailed me out of a jam and was very professional and hard working. I definitely will reuse Jose's company and definitely recommend them if your are looking for a dependable cleaning company. Thank you Jose and your team for a job well done!

This company, headed by Jose Guerra, is professional and thorough. He is cooperative, friendly and offers reasonable prices as well. Our company has used his cleaning services regularly for over 6 years and am always pleased with the results. I will never go anywhere else for my cleaning services. We just switched over to 5 Star Janitorial after having received substandard service from another company. Jose gave us a quote on three of our offices the same day we contacted him. 5 Star's rates are very reasonable and their team is super professional. They conducted a "deep cleaning" of our locations to get them back up to snuff and they now do our weekly service as well.
We are super happy with the results the 5 Star team has provided and we highly recommend their service.

Jose did not show up as promised and I called as well but the phone # was disconnected. It would be nice to get a call if they weren't going to show up as scheduled. My manager was not happy that she was there waiting for a while. Please hire more helper if you are swamped.

I chose 5 start Janitorial over several other companies because of their courteous and professionalism. We were having issues with our other cleaning crew not doing a thorough job, I started interviewing other companies but Jose and 5 Star stood out from the other companies.
