I had a complex duct system, so the original assessor wanted to make sure one of his supervisors also reviewed to make sure they captured all the needs and provided the best service/price possible. They were efficient and demonstrated strong expertise in their services, quickly providing solutions and getting my house back on track. Highly, highly recommend!
Victor was great in explaining all the options for a repair of our system with no pressure to replace it. However, since our system was 20 years old, we decided to replace it. Again, Victor explained the options thoroughly with no pressure. A great first experience with 5 Star! The installation was also professionally done. Highly recommend.
This company is affordable, and awesome! They were very professional, and nice. We plan on using them for all our rental properties!

Hi Ross, You called trying to sell us AI solutions and we politely said we were not interested. You called back 5 times mad that we did not want it. We let you know again we were not interested and to please stop calling since you were tying up our phone lines. After you still called us back again we did hang up on you. I don't know what else we could have said to be more clear.
I compared these guys against some of the bigger players in the market and was glad I did. They went above and beyond making sure I got the right system and that it performed to expectations even when that required addition returns. Don't hesitate to reach out to them and let them show you why you should pick them for your HVAC needs.

He was punctual and did a thorough and complete inspection of our system, which is one of three inspections I receive during the year. The HVAC tech did a great job with the maintenance check up and provided a thorough review of all work completed. He also pointed out some issues with the AC that I didn’t know about and will further investigate in the spring. Price is great too, for 2 check ups per year, including filter changes. Highly recommend!

5 Star HVAC Contractors did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system and ductwork. We had 5 different contractors out to give us bids. 5 Star was competitively priced compared to the others but also offered us a labour warranty that the others were going to charge extra for. Additionally, the financing option they gave us was second to none.
Pedro and Omar were incredibly helpful and genuinely have exceeded our expectations. Which is exactly what Jose told me they would do. We will use them again in the future!
