We had a wonderful experience with Gimondo Concrete. They completed a job with an epoxy overlay on our front steps and a stamped concrete sidewalk on the side of our house. We did have a problem (not their fault) which they repaired beautifully and we are very happy. Sarah in the office is always responsive and pleasant to interact with. Josh who came for our repair was wonderful and communicated his arrival time and plan perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

The owner of the company came to our home over six weeks ago to give us an estimate for a large concrete patio and pool area. I have since contacted him three times after waiting two weeks for the estimate which he never sent. This is very rude and inconsiderate, and would now never use this company even if they did the job for free. A company that doesn't want to pursue your business is certainly or going to show up and do the job correctly, if at all.

Ricardo and his team were hard working, clearly knowledgeable, polite and professional (demolition and rebuilding of concrete garage floor). The result looks great and the site was left clean. Attention to detail was outstanding. They dealt with our own home site issues without a problem. Overall would highly recommend Gimondo Epoxy and Concrete.

This company quoted me 800-1000 dollars to grind the glue off of a concrete floor in one of my apartments. They cam and did the work. They were professional though not the cleanest. I then received an invoice for 2700 dollars. No one at any time told me the job was running over or was more than expected. I called to find out what had occurred. I was told that there was more to the job than they thought. I again stated no one at any time told me there was any deviation from the original estimate. The person on the phone said so then you' re not going to pay. I said I am not that kind of person I was trying to get to why I was never told of the change. There was no answer. I paid the invoice but I warn you GET AN ESTIMATE in writing.

No Follow Through Gimondo did a beautiful epoxy flooring in our garage in 2019. Four years later, it was peeling. I called in 2023 to have it checked. They came, took pictures, agreed it should be redone and they would put us on the schedule for the repair. Everytime I call, it is "we are very busy, but you are on the schedule". It is nearing the end of 2025 with no follow-up. I give up.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Gimondo Epoxy & Concrete to redo our church floors at Saint Jude’s and our experience was great. Owner, Ricardo Gimondo and on site supervisor, Shawn were responsive and professional. They not only handled the flooring with great skill and professionalism but also went above and beyond in coordinating the many moving parts of our project. They arranged for a dumpster, storage containers and even took on the removal and reinstallation of our church pews and floor base. What stood out most was their sense of responsibility. Any issues or unexpected mishaps were handled directly and without hesitation—they took ownership and made sure everything was made right. The finished floor is absolutely beautiful, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. We are deeply grateful for their dedication and highly recommend Gimondo Epoxy & Concrete to anyone looking for professionalism and great quality epoxy or concrete work.

Great work. Great price. They did the epoxy on my garage floor and the concrete apron in front. Got several bids and they were the only company that did both jobs without subcontracting. Very attentive to the details. The only down side - when they were done I looked around and figured it was time to paint the garage.

The quality of the work performed is exceptional, both the prep and finish crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of the property during all phases of the process. Several people have already commented and are impressed with the transformation of the patio. Kevin Mattice was great to deal with throughout the process and I appreciate all his efforts to complete the project to meet my deadline. I highly recommend their services, they are true artisans

Gimondo and his team do excellent work. We had damage to our concrete slab caused by another contractor, and three other concrete companies didn’t want to even attempt to fix it. Ricardo took a look and said no problem. They were able to repair our slab like new. I wish we had called Gimondo Epoxy and Concrete in the first place.

The Gimondo Company recently resurfaced my garage floor. I chose the Orbit blue fleck finish and am very pleased with the results. The floor looks beautiful. I have already recommended Gimondo to several friends. Not only was the job well done, but I found their staff and workers to be very nice to do business with.
