No Follow Through
Gimondo did a beautiful epoxy flooring in our garage in 2019. Four years later, it was peeling. I called in 2023 to have it checked. They came, took pictures, agreed it should be redone and they would put us on the schedule for the repair. Everytime I call, it is "we are very busy, but you are on the schedule". It is nearing the end of 2025 with no follow-up. I give up.
