I had a phenomenal experience with David at 505 Heating and Plumbing. I was dreading the appointment because my husband couldn't be there and I don't know much about plumbing. David never talked over my head. He took his time to educate me on my home's systems, diagnosed the issue perfectly, and showed me exactly what I need to do to get things serviced. It is rare to find a true professional who cares enough to make sure you truly understand your own home. I am actually excited for the next steps to elevate my water! Highly recommend.

Absolute amazing company! Was able to get a very fair quote and quick service and install for my new evaporative cooler! I left a message, and David, the owner, called me back first thing the next morning. Even though his schedule was already full, he found a way to squeeze me in between appointments. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed contactor, explained exactly what was wrong, tracked down the replacement part, and had everything repaired far faster than I expected. Best of all, there was no unnecessary upselling—he simply fixed what needed to be fixed and had the system running again in no time. It's refreshing to work with a company that is knowledgeable, communicates well, and genuinely cares about taking care of their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional HVAC or plumbing service.

I thought I was way ahead of the game getting my 5-zone mini-split system installed during the winter. Little did I know that next week we are supposed to shatter records with the temp maybe hitting 90 degrees in March! I might be turning on the AC sooner than expected.
