Amazing car rental company with outstanding service and customercare. We have never experienced anything comparable before. Super friendly staff, extremely helpful and responsive. We highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed. Also their cars and equipment were in super condition and well thought thru, we didn't miss anything on our 38 days trip thru Namibia and Botswana !!

Best vehicle rental experience ever.
Much has already been said about how amazing this vehicle hire company is so, while I totally concur with that, there are a couple of aspects I feel I should mention. Firstly the staff. From the get go they provide clear information of what to expect, what’s included and what’s not . So, prior to leaving home you can clearly compare and contrast their vehicles with other options, then make an informed decision. Admittedly others are cheaper, but once critical add ons are included that is not necessarily the case. As always, it pays to dig deep when researching. Included in the fantastic service, the standout feature for us was the SIM card and mobile wi fi device provided. We did not need the SIM card as it turned out, however the mobile wi fi was brilliant. It was an absolute blessing and the envy of fellow travellers. The Toyota dual cab was perfect for the road conditions and we had a blast! Keep up the good work guys, your efforts were much appreciated by us.

Make sure you watch all the videos before hand because we didn’t 🙃 Luckily nothing happend and most information we didn’t need but still. Would have saved us some stress!

We had a lovely experience with Go Rent Namibia 4x4 Rentals. The process was really smooth and easy from the beginning, with Jessica responding to emails really quickly with the quotes requested even when we had changes here and there. The pick up and drop off were also seamless with Simon, and we had no issues with the car at all. During the rental period, all queries were promptly replied via WhatsApp which we really appreciated.
It was our first time doing rooftop camping and we were so glad we chose to do it with Go Rent Namibia 4x4 Rentals. Even though the prices were slightly higher than some of its bigger name peers, the support throughout the process from start to end made it really worthwhile.

We rented a 4x4 Hilux Toyota from this company for our 8-days roadtrip in Namibia. We were in 5, with two tents on top of the car and one on the ground. None of us had experience before in long roadtrips, especially mostly on gravel/off-roads. The car looked almost new on the first day, tyres perfect. No punctures, no problems of fuel. In the car there is everything to perfectly live inside it. With this car you can go everywhere! Even in 5, there is enough space to be comfortable. There is wifi in the car provided by a router with 30 Gb and a sim-card for emergency. Wifi works well especially in the campings and in populated areas. Everything mentioned in the description was in the car, in terms of accessories and fridge. About the people working there, they were super helpful already from the beginning. They take time for you, you fill really welcomed. We also took a coffee with them. After carefully reading together the contract, they were super nice to explain us everything on our destinations and on our planned road trip. On the second day we lost the number plate, and the company was super effective to answer and provide us with all the necessary information and help. The checkout was smooth and quick, and they were super honest. Airport transfer provided and useful. Really really recommended!! 💪🏼
We rented a 4x4 Hilux from Go Rent for three weeks, and everything went perfectly. The online booking process was easy, and the contract was clear and straightforward.
The 4x4 fully lived up to our expectations and allowed us to drive more than 5,000 km across Namibia and Botswana without any issues. We only had a small problem with the fridge, but it was resolved very quickly thanks to David, a friend of them living near Rundu, where we also spent one night.
The transportation included from and to the airport is a big plus. Thanks Simon.

We rented a 4x4 for three weeks and drove all over Namibia, including some very remote areas on very rough roads. Go Rent was great - super reliable vehicles kitted with everything we needed. Robert the owner briefed us before we left. Great holiday. We found Go Rent good value for money, and great service. We'd definitely use them again.
We did rent a Hilux with 2 rooftents for a period of almost 3 weeks pas weeks.
Contact with the staff was very pleasant from start. Our main point of contact was Jessica who was very reactive and assisted in upfront preparations.
Pick-up, instructions and dropoff with Simon was great. Also Robert gave me good suggestion to go fishing with his friend David on the Okavango, which was a great experience.
Cars are relatively new, clean and well maintained. We had no issues with the car during our trip.

Polecam!polecam! I jeszcze raz polecam. Obsługa cudowna i bardzo pomocna. Linie lotnicze zgubiły mój bagaż, nie było czasu na czekanie bo plan podróży i rezerwację noclegow zrobione wcześniej. Zaproponowali odebranie mojego bagażu z lotniska i nadanie go do miejscowości gdzie będziemy się zatrzymywać. Uratowało to nasz plan za co jestem bardzo wdzięczna. Samochód przygotowany perfekcyjnie, wszystko czego nam potrzeba na campingach było, namioty pościel wszystko przygotowane idealnie. Wi fi w aucie. Podróżowalismy tym autem 3 tygodnie, obsługa przygotowała nam dokumenty na inne kraje więc spokojnie mogliśmy przekraczać granice. Odbiór z lotniska i transfer na lotnisko, kontakt w każdym momencie jeśli tylko jest potrzeba. Jeśli planujesz wypożyczyć auto w Namibii to tylko w tym miejscu, będziesz zadowolony, bezpieczny i zaopiekowany podczas całej swojej wyprawy.

Fantastic rental company, very friendly and helpful owners and staff. I rented a hilux camping for 1 pax. It was all in perfect working order. It's not all brand new, but what's more important is the quality of the equipment. The tyres chosen are very hard to puncture and excellent quality, the suspension very resilient. The roof tent was good and sturdy, help massive rain storm nicely. For a single person the kitchen items in boxes instead to pullout drawers may not be ideal as you have to log around the boxed, but I am sure there are downsides to the drawer system as well. Due to an unusual emergency I had to shorten the trip. The owner were very understanding and incredibly helpful. Thanks so much. When I come back, I will definitely choose them again.
