Świetna wypożyczalnia, a przede wszystkim bardzo życzliwi i pomocni pracownicy. Szczególnie chciałbym podziękować właścicielowi - Robertowi, który w profesjonalny sposób zaopiekował się całą naszą grupą (wypożyczaliśmy 4 samochody, w tym 2 na 4 tygodnie), omówił wszystkie sprawy związane z bezpiecznym użytkowaniem aut, a jego sugestie dotyczące miejsc wartych odwiedzenia, restauracji, a nawet campów - w 10. Kontakt podczas całej wyprawy, niezależnie od dnia / godziny, gdy tylko coś potrzebowaliśmy lub mieliśmy wątpliwości. Super kontakt, uprzejmość, życzliwość i pomoc także uzyskaliśmy ze strony Simona, dziękujemy. Samochody to nowe Toyoty Hilux, rocznik 2024/2025, z przebiegiem około 70-80000 km. Świetne przygotowane, opony super, koła zapasowe 2, nie przydały się mimo jazdy w trudnym terenie. Wyposażenie campingowe, aż nadto, 4 wielkie skrzynie, więc właściwie noc nie trzeba brać ze sobą. W namiotach kołdry, poduszki, koce... My mieliśmy własne śpiwory, bo lubimy, jetboila, żeby szybko gotować wodę - resztę znajdziecie w wyposażeniu. Nawet power station dostaliśmy! I przydała się na tych campach, na których nie było prądu, a są takie! Podsumowując, świetna wypożyczalnia, doskonały kontakt mailowy przed wyjazdem (wszystkie ustalenia zaakceptowane - np. wjazd do Botswany), świetne nowe auta.

An excellent 4x4 rental company, but above all, incredibly friendly and helpful people! We would especially like to thank the owner, Robert, who took excellent care of our entire group. We rented four vehicles in total, two of them for a full four weeks. Robert professionally explained everything we needed to know about using the vehicles safely, and his recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and even campsites were absolutely spot on – 10/10! Throughout our entire trip, communication was excellent. Whenever we needed advice or had any questions or doubts, we could contact them regardless of the day or time and always received help. We would also like to thank Simon for his friendliness, kindness and support – it was a pleasure dealing with him. The vehicles were relatively new Toyota Hilux 4x4s, model years 2024/2025, with around 70,000–80,000 km on the clock. They were extremely well prepared for the trip, with excellent tyres and two spare wheels. Despite driving through some challenging terrain, we never had to use either of them! The camping equipment was more than comprehensive. Each vehicle came with four large storage boxes containing practically everything you might need, so there is really no need to bring much camping equipment of your own. The rooftop tents were equipped with duvets, pillows and blankets. We brought our own sleeping bags simply because we prefer using them, as well as our Jetboil for quickly boiling water – pretty much everything else you need is already provided. We even received a portable power station, which turned out to be extremely useful at campsites without electricity – and yes, there are quite a few of those! To sum up: an excellent rental company, fantastic communication by email before our trip, all our arrangements and requests were handled exactly as agreed – including permission to take the vehicles into Botswana – and, most importantly, great, modern and very well-prepared 4x4s. We would definitely rent from them again and can highly recommend them to anyone planning a self-drive adventure in Namibia and Botswana!

Al momento del ritiro del veicolo hanno richiesto una carta di credito (quella del sottoscritto) diversa da quella utilizzata nel processo di prenotazione ma, il giorno della restituzione, avvenuta in aeroporto, fuori dalla loro sede e di primo mattino, hanno provveduto al rimborso sulla diversa carta di credito (di un altro compagno di viaggio), a suo tempo utilizzata per la prenotazione la quale, avendo il plafond del mese intatto, non ha recepito il rimborso prima dei successivi 2 mesi; i tempi interbancari, peraltro internazionali, non sono assolutamente una loro responsabilita', ci mancherebbe, tuttavia, dal momento che abbiamo trascorso l'ultimo giorno nella capitale in un albergo vicinissimo alla loro sede (aggiornandoli puntualmente), sarebbe stato meglio convocarci e procedere con lo storno sulla carta corretta, evitando il sostanzioso prelievo del deposito e la lunga attesa per il riaccredito.
Wir haben ausschließlich beste Erfahrungen mit Go Rent Namibia gemacht. Der neuwertige Toyota Hilux 4x4 Double Cab mit Dachzelt war in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Die Campingausstattung war sehr umfangreich, saubere Handtücher, warme Decken und Schlafsäcke waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Service des ganzen Teams war hervorragend. Christina war stets erreichbar, um im Vorfeld, als auch während der Reise zu unterstützen und alle Fragen zu beantworten. Die Übergabe und Einweisung mit Robert und Simon war perfekt. Wir wurden trotz Flugverspätung noch abends am Flughafen abgeholt, um die Fahrzeugübergabe am nächsten Morgen nachholen zu können. Wir können Go Rent Namibia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Robert and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They were always available whenever we needed them, and when a couple of small issues came up during our rental, they responded immediately and resolved everything without hassle. It's hard to imagine better service than this: attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. I'll definitely be renting from them again on my next trip to Namibia.
Très contente de ma location avec Go rent. Le véhicule est très bien équipé et complet (tout pour le camping (boitier wifi, jumelles, frontale...). Le linge est fourni y compris les serviettes de toilettes. Possibilité de joindre les patrons par whatsapp si besoin et j'ai trouvé ça rassurant.

21 Tage Roadtrip durch Namibia. Hatten nicht den "Neuwagen" genommen, sondern, schon etwas älteren Hilux mit 2 Dachzelten. Auto war trotzdem in einem super Zustand, 3k km ohne Probleme. Übergabe und Rücknahme haben schnell funktioniert. Super ist auch der Shuttle Service zurück zum Flughafen, auch noch dann am nächsten Tag. Danke an das ganze Team, super Preis-Leistung!
