I have been working with my grandmother for the past three months. My care coordinator Sophia Vega has been a gem since day one since we have started. From walking me through the process of clocking in, to making me aware of the company policies as an employee. I would definitely recommend this agency for a Homecare agency and Sophia as the coordinator.

I had a great employee that was very helpful to me and my family, went above and out her way to ensure our experience with them was a great one. I believe her name was Jessica wonderful person. Answered all my questions I had about the agency, even walked me through some of the guidelines for benefits and upcoming events.

This Agency provided exceptional kindness and compassion in the most devastating time of my life. They were attentive and proactive in anticipating my needs during this unbearable time. Their availability was 24 hours a day for anything I needed. Holisticare really cared about my needs and assisted in such a variety of ways: medical, spiritual, companionship and therapy for my mother. Leila and Mario also have kept up with me even after the passing to make sure I am taken care of and continue to do so. This organization provides a complete care for all my past, present, and future needs.

Don't waste your time. They will ignore you and they will lie to you about everything. Your a check to them not a human being. It's not worth the hassle and I never received a holiday pay from them and over time is on about 20 cents difference. Please please please don't take your loved ones here. I wouldn't send a dead dog to this company.
