They use useless human sounding AI to answer calls. There is no disclaimer, which is illegal as per PIPEDA. Your voice gets sent to the cloud without your permission and your questions don't get answered anyway unless it's something super simple like hours.

I bought an item off from their auction website. Item was labeled to be new open box with no missing parts. After receiving the item, i found that there were key parts missing including screws and end caps. I informed them of the issue and they were very understanding. They promptly responded back to me and mentioned they would look for the parts at their store. One day after they informed me they couldn’t find the missing parts and agreed to a full refund. I was very pleased for their open communication and commitment to resolving issues in timely manner. Also found them respectful. Would definitely buy from them again.

This is a great little auction, let's help them grow! The owners and their staff are very sweet and very early remember your name. It is nice to arrive in a store front atmosphere instead of the messiness of back door pick ups and they have many items available for purchase on the spot at great discounts.
