I bought an item off from their auction website. Item was labeled to be new open box with no missing parts. After receiving the item, i found that there were key parts missing including screws and end caps. I informed them of the issue and they were very understanding. They promptly responded back to me and mentioned they would look for the parts at their store. One day after they informed me they couldn’t find the missing parts and agreed to a full refund. I was very pleased for their open communication and commitment to resolving issues in timely manner. Also found them respectful. Would definitely buy from them again.
