I have used 4 Carolina Services several times and I am always very pleased with the quality of work. They just completd two bathroom renovations and I couldn’t be more pleased! Definitely will call them for future projects!

We had a great experience with Rick and his crew. We hired them to make repairs to our outdoor sheds and swingset, stain them, and paint our foundation and chimney. Their work was very well done and meticulous. I really appreciated their attention to detail and painting with brushes and rollers. I prefer this because of the finished result and spraying can be messy. Rick was very responsive and timely with his quote and answering all my questions. Overall we are very pleased with this company and their crew. We highly recommend them and will use them again for future needs.

I don't think there is enough praise I could give Rick for his painting services. The timeliness, attention to detail, final product, and everything in between was better than I could have imagined it. He and his crew arrived right on schedule and finished our two bed/two bath in no time flat. I truly wish he had another location in Charlotte so he could do even more work around our place. I cannot recommend this professional enough; you will not be disappointed!

We highly recommend 4 Carolina Services INC. They replaced our old building doors with new ones, they built for our two room additions to our garage and also built and replaced a new window shutter for the side window of our garage. They did a phenomenal job cleaning our driveway and sidewalks. Our driveway and sidewalks looks like new again! In addition to that, they did a tremendous job on some other home maintenance that we needed done as well. We give a 5 star review! They are absolutely the BEST!

Rick is easy to talk to. He is trustworthy and a man of his word. Ryan was very friendly and confident in his work. I would highly recommend their services.

Remodeled what was small dining room to expand into kitchen. Rick and Ryan are very professional. They have great personalities. They were on time and always kept me up-to-date with the services being provided. They stand behind their work. Both are Christians and are very reliable. In my opinion it is hard to find a company that has all these qualities. I will definitely use this company again. I just cannot rate them high enough.

Rick was great to work with. He built 2 outbuilding ramps, repaired boards on deck, put a shelf in my well house and hooked up my dehumidifier in there, installed replacement walkway lights and installed solar cap lights on deck posts. I will definitely be calling him for whatever I need done that I cannot do myself.

Rick arrived on time was very courteous and professional and all the dealings that I had with him today he replaced and installed three ceiling fans as well as a new range hood and cleaned up after all work was completed I would recommend Rick serviced highway for anyone looking for any home maintenance or repair in fact I have a couple other projects that I’m gonna be looking to have done and I would not hesitate to have Rick come and give me an estimate and see if it fits his realm of work and look forward to working with him again again I would highly recommend Rick for any of your home repair maintenance services

We couldn’t be happier with the job 4CSI did of softwashing our home and cleaning out the gutters. Rick got back to us within a day of us requesting the service, had the estimate to us in a very timely manner, and had us on his calendar in no time. He communicated all important details, letting us know what we needed to move away from porches and the perimeter of the house, and checked in the day before to let us know when he would be there. After he was done, he let us know, and even gave us a heads up about some standing water on a poorly draining surface. Our house looked pristine, and he was able to remove some really grimy spots in hard to reach areas, and take care of all the guttering. He cleaned up beautifully after the work and, other than a very clean house, we couldn’t tell he’d been there. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Rick Rice has completed various home improvement projects over the past 20 years and we have always been happy with his work. He recently replaced the flooring in our backyard shed. He is very competent, honest, dependable and super nice. I highly recommend!

4 Carolina Services, Inc. is a superb company to have do your job. Rick is not only professional, but he communicates at all times throughout the job until completion. The interior painting of my entire home was done quickly and neatly. He worked within the time frame I had to have the job completed.
