I had a very complicated issue trying to boot in and kept receiving an error message. John stayed on the phone with me trying several different ways to get me connected to the server so he could access my laptop and resolve my issue. He worked until all issues were resolved and I could work without interruption

I have had to rely on 4bis a lot lately and they never disappoint. There are so many names I could call out but my most recent encounter was with Ed. Not only did he exceed my expectations, but he made sure I was made aware of each step of the project. He followed up even when I forgot and followed through even though it was difficult. This company is amazing!

From helping me get my new computer and office systems set up to helping with troubleshooting issues I ran into along the way, I was met with kindness and excellent service. Noel did an amazing job not only getting things set up and problems solved (in a very reasonable amount of time as well), but also working with me and my schedule and making sure I was aware of what was going on every step of the way. I could not ask for better service!
