We worked with partner John Tran, and he was very knowledgeable of both patent law and the Amazon process. Our case involved three separate patents and two infringing ASINs. First off, allow me to extend my gratitude to John D. Tran who fully support me and my wife on registering our technique trademark. It's not an easy job, I have to be honest. He takes his considerable steps to oversee the situation, carefully explains to us on the chances of getting the trademark approve. He reckoned the odds are against the scheme going ahead. However, one beautiful morning on July 4 (must I say it was specifically on JULY THE FOURTH) I receive an email from John with a big CONGRATULATIONS on obtaining the trademark. There is absolutely no words can describe our feelings towards that news. It has been a long and exhausting battle for us and all this would never happen without John's help. I highly recommend John to anyone who's looking to get your trademark/patent register in the US. John is no doubt intelligent, professional, kind and extremely patient as he takes his time to explain everything in detail to ensure his clients fully understand of what's going on.
