A top place to stay! It's perfect as it's a 10 minute drive to the airport, a 5 - 10 minute stroll to the centre, and if you have a car there is very good courtyard parking for €1 a day, which is probably preferable to try to park outside the property. The flat was recently renovated, so modern and spacious. The location was quiet and peaceful, so a good place to relax.Andrea is an excellent host, and I'd strongly recommend this place if you plan to stay in Catania.

Andrea jest świetnym gospodarzem. Mogliśmy na niego liczyć w każdej chwili. Apartament wyjątkowo czysty. Dużym plusem jest dostęp do parkingu w odległości 50 metrów od apartamentu oraz bliskość centrum ( 5 minut spaceru). Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i jeżeli kiedyś jeszcze wybierzemy się do Katanii to chętnie skorzystamy z gościnności Andrei.

We had a great stay! The apartment is just a few streets away from the city center, very clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything you might need like toiletries, towels, coffee, and Wi-Fi. The host provided very clear instructions and communication was smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

이 숙소는 카타니아 구시가지 근처에 위치했습니다. 밤 늦게 카타니아 공항 도착 후 10분 거리에 위치해 휴식을 취하기 더할나위 없이 좋은 장소였습니다. 주차는 숙소 앞에 무료로 할 수 있었습니다. 안된다면 주변 공영주차장을 이용할 수도 있었어요. 호스트는 정말 친절했고 항상 빠르게 응답해 주었습니다. 숙소 근처에 걸어서. 5-10분 거리에 구시가지 시내가 있어서 밤 12시가 넘어도 운영하는 레스토랑을 즐길 수 있었어요~ 숙소 상태도 사진과 같았고요~ 세심하게 핸드폰 충전기, 어댑터도 구비해놔주셔서 감동이었어요. 커피 캡슐과 물도 있었고요! 게다가ㅡ체크아읏 하는 날에는 작은 기념품도 선물로 주셨답니다. 이 가격에 이런 퀄리티라니, 또 찾고 싶어요!

Andrea was such a wonderful host! Him and his mother helped to find me and he also helped park my car. Gave recommendations and were so kind. Really great location close to the center of town but out of the way of the busyness. Cute bnb and has everything you need, super close to the airport!

at Andreas place, we really enjoyed it. all super clean and well kept.looks all new, lovely shower and super comfy bed. nice coffee machine that it is always a plus and with all the amenities that you need. Andrea is super responsive and great to deal with.it is good to be able to have such a nice place close to everything in Catania.
Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! Il B&B si trova in una posizione eccezionale, nel cuore di Catania, a due passi da tutte le principali attrazioni, dai ristoranti e dai locali più caratteristici. Non avrei potuto desiderare una posizione migliore: centrale ma tranquilla, ideale per vivere la città pienamente anche a piedi.
Un ringraziamento speciale ad Andrea, l’host, per la sua disponibilità, gentilezza e attenzione: sempre pronto a dare consigli utili su cosa visitare e dove mangiare, e a rendere il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Si percepisce la passione con cui gestisce la struttura e la cura per ogni dettaglio.
Nota di merito anche alla pulizia impeccabile delle camere e degli spazi comuni, tutto perfettamente ordinato e profumato. Ambiente accogliente, moderno e curato, dove ci si sente subito a casa.
Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia scoprire Catania nel modo migliore possibile — tornerò sicuramente!
