Our kitchen backsplash had gradually lost its shine from years of cooking residue and daily use. We hired a tile specialist to deep clean the tile and apply fresh sealant to protect the grout lines. The project took several hours including drying time. Compared to before, the backsplash looks dramatically cleaner and brighter overall. The grout lines appear refreshed and the tile surface is much easier to wipe down now. We appreciated that the service restored the appearance without needing replacement. It made the entire kitchen feel cleaner and better maintained immediately.

If you are looking for an amazing cleaning service; I highly recommend 3N1. They were incredibly professional and friendly, and they took the extra step of moving all the furniture to make sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. The owner is honest and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. I almost chose another service, but I’m really glad I went with them. Give them a shot!

AWESOME AWESOME job. Our chair had made a grease stain on the carpet and we have grandchildren. Can I tell you the carpet was a mess? I can’t say enough great things about them. They let the fans blown while they went to lunch and came back and picked them up after they were finished.

We had an incredible experience. He made our shower look brand new, cleaned the tiles, repaired the grout, and painted crisp, perfect grout lines. The entire bathroom is noticeably brighter. What really stood out was his professionalism and expertise. He took the time to show us what a previous company did incorrectly and explained why it didn’t last. He also shared helpful tips to keep everything looking great moving forward. He was extremely clean, left no mess behind, and was friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. We were so impressed that we’re already asking him for estimates to clean our carpets and area rugs. A true professional—we highly recommend!

The red stained grout in the shower from the iron in the water even looks much cleaner. Would highly recommend this company! I’ll definitely use them again in the future

After comparing several companies, they offered by far the best price, and the quality of their work exceeded every expectation. Gerald, the owner, was amazing and truly professional from start to finish. We had Rodolfo (Robert) and Raymond working in our home for two full days, and their attention to detail was remarkable. They diamond‑ground, polished, buffed, and sealed our marble floors to perfection. Gerald also arranged for one of his team members to clean all of our upholstered furniture, which came out beautifully as well. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the results or with how extraordinarily kind and respectful the entire team was throughout the process. If I could give them a 10, I absolutely would! Thank you, Gerald, for your outstanding service and for leading such a wonderful team. 3N 1 Services is truly THE BEST!

This is my second time using 3n1 Services and I continue to be impressed. Gerald, the owner, is extremely personable and truly cares about his customers. He worked with me to provide a fair and reasonable price. Rodolfo completed the work and did an outstanding job. He was friendly, respectful of my home, and worked tirelessly until everything was perfect. The transformation was incredible — I could not believe how different the space looked when he was finished. It’s hard to find quality, reliability, and fairness all in one company, but 3n1 Services delivers. Highly recommend!

⭐ 1 Star – DO NOT RECOMMEND I only contacted 3N1 Services because they had a 5.0 rating on Google, and after this experience, I strongly believe all of those reviews must be fake. I texted Gerald Simmons to let him know how unhappy I was with the service. He never replied. I also called twice — no answer and no return call. Extremely unprofessional. Gerald sent Michael, who said he would arrive in 30 minutes but showed up over an hour late. When he arrived, I asked if my carpets could be properly cleaned and he said yes. He then cleaned two rooms in about 10 minutes total, which is completely unrealistic for a professional carpet cleaning. I do not believe shampoo was used at all. Michael could clearly see on my face that I was not happy with the results, and that is when he said I would “see the difference once the carpet is dried.” He claimed it would take about 4 hours to dry. As I am writing this review, the carpet is still damp. The carpet look the same way from when he started This was a complete waste of money. Poor communication, late arrival, rushed work, no results, and zero accountability. This company is a scam. I regret calling them and strongly advise others to stay away.

3N1 Services was fantastic from start to finish! They scheduled a free quote right after I submitted my inquiry and were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. Their team worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning two full office suites for us within a week, and the floors look amazing! I also really appreciated their patience and kindness as I coordinated everything from out of state. Excellent communication, great results, and top-notch service, you won’t regret booking with them!
