I recently had the pleasure of doing business with 3N1 Services to clean, polish, buff and seal my marble floors in my home. The experience exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation, addressing all my interview questions for consideration, patience with me as asked questions while they worked to final inspection. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care! Full transparency from start to finish. I would refer them to anyone in market looking for these services. Gerald did an amazing job on my furniture making it look like new. The fabric shades which were dusty are now are completely clear and brighter. My mattress smells fresh and is perfectly clean. Would only use Gerald for all future jobs and recommended him to my family and friends.

We had a very good experience w/ 3N1 Services. We had them clean our grout. We have had a big name Company clean it before but their work in no way compared to the beautiful clean and neat job Gerald and Rodolfo did!

Gerald did a fantastic job on the tile in my parents newly purchased condo. He removed years worth of dirt and grime. The floors look brand new! He was easy to work with and did an exceptional job. You can see the difference, especially in the grout! Would recommend!! You won't be disappointed!

Gerald did a magnificent job polishing our marble dining table. He removed multiple stains on the table and made sure to clean up after himself. We really appreciated his commitment to getting the job done! He showed up on time and helped us out tremendously. The table looks good as new.

The owner Gerald is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional. Both of my rugs needed lots of cleaning and brand new fringe on both ends of each rug. It was done well and quickly delivered. I am pleased and grateful to have found this excellent owner and his company.

Gerald did an amazing job. I live in Brickell and even though the traffic and parking is terrible down here he drove out and did exactly what I needed done. My shower had terrible hard water deposits and calcifications. He was very professional and communication was great. Highly recommend.

Mr. Gerald from 3N1 Services did a wonderful job cleaning up the carpet in our 2 x 2 condo in plantation Florida, the carpet looks much better now. He showed up on time and was able to finish the job within three hours and he said that it will dry and be ready to walk on within 4 to 6 hours, it was amazing job well done
