I hired this company after a hurricane to repair my ceilings, replace my roof, and install new windows. The roof was finished in about 20–30 days, but the window installation has been a constant problem. It has been delayed since March with dates pushed from June to July, August, September, November, and now possibly January. I only ever get updates when I reach out first. The lack of communication and endless delays make it feel like my project is not a priority. I would not recommend this company based on my experience
3GM replaced my fairly complex roof. I was having some minor issues I needed situated and Moises in warranty department was able to step in and handle the situation with concern and action. He is an asset to the organization and they are fortunate to have him. It is good to see the company focused on hiring the right people for the caliber of professionalism they offer. I recommend them for all roofing related matters.
3MG Solutions installed a new tile roof on my home. After completion, squirrels entered the soffits, indicating improper installation. I contacted the company multiple times (phone, text, email) to request a resolution; most communications were ignored, and responses that were received were unhelpful.
I incurred an additional $1,350 in expenses to address the damage and correct the work. The total contract amount was $42,000.
*Update:* Following the posting of this review, 3MG Solutions issued a full refund of the $1,350.
I recently had my roof replaced by 3MG Roofing, and my experience with Kyle Potter and his crew was outstanding. From start to finish, Kyle was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. The team completed the job efficiently and maintained a clean, organized worksite the entire time. Kyle kept me well-informed, walked me through each step of the project, and made sure I felt confident in the decisions being made. The finished roof looks excellent. I highly recommend Kyle and the 3MG Roofing team for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing work.
(Roof install was done March 2025) 3 stars for replacing the roof, but that's only part of the job they were paid to do. Only now that I've had to go in the attic have I discovered what a poor job they did cleaning up the site after they finished. Nails, pieces of shingle, sharp splintered wood chips, all over the attic and in my boxes, as well as around the yard and driveway after they left which I cleaned up. But hey they got paid I guess. Stay away from this greedy company.
The biggest compliment you can give a company is a referral to people you care about, as I have done with 3MG Roofing. Chris managed the entire process efficiently and professionally. He genuinely cares about his customers, and will ensure a job well done. Thank you, Chris and 3MG, for your integrity and superior customer service! We love our new roof!
Moises Rojas was extremely thorough. He took the time to clearly explain everything, and was immediately responsive to my questions. His extensive knowledge of roofing was evident, and quite reassuring. He is a true asset to 3MG!
The project went as smoothly as could be expected with a roofing project. The workmanship was excellent. The contractors who completed the drywall repairs, Max and Jorge, were polite and professional and got right to work. They even took care of some spots that weren't on the work order
3MG roofing, specifically Harrison and Ryan were very professional and made the installation of our new roof, gutters, and drywall repair a seamless experience. They were very attentive to our timeframe and completed all that they promised. We recommended them to a family member who's roof project is starting this week.
Addendum 2+years later….. we had the pleasure of meeting Moises Rojas when he came for some roofing repairs. He was very attentive and he and his team did a fantastic job!
If I could rate them zero stars I would. I have experienced delay after delay after delay, usually revolving over their inability to procure job materials. Weeks have now turned into months. Their communication is horrible. Several no show, no call. Fault is assigned to some nebulous office person who didn’t place order, placed wrong order, can’t find the material. After I informed them the material was in stock at Home Depot they went silent. Maybe they can’t write a check for the material. I would advise anyone to run away from this company. Since they have my money, my next stop will be the AG.
Had my roof replaced by 3M roofing. Herminio Mass and his crew did an awesome job. Love the work they did. I was informed about what they were doing. If I had any questions or concerns he was there to answer them. I would definitely use their service again in the future. And would recommend to anyone who needs a roof replaced. Super great experience with this company. I had 3 different companies try and sell me a roof prior to 3MG and when I met with the rep I knew right away that 3MG was the company for me.
