I had a great experience with Three Guys Master Tradesmen. They sent out Tammaro to look at an electrical issue, and he was fantastic. He arrived exactly on time, was incredibly professional, and did a wonderful job resolving the issue. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Three Guys Master Tradesmen and will definitely ask for Tammaro again for any future needs!

My A/C unit malfunctioning for the last few days blowing warm air. These guys came out & did a thorough review of the system & replaced two parts. The company responded quickly to my call for service.
Update: The two parts, a capacitor & hard start did not fix the problem. The next weekend the a/c went out & they were back. They checked the unit & thought it might thermostat. He took it off the wall & messed with some wires which did not work. He then went to the garage & came back & stated a wire from the unit to the thermostat was bad & they fixed it. He indicated this was a $400 service charge but they would not charge me since I paid $1300 for the first visit. The following Friday the unit went out again. They arrived pretty quickly & said it had to be the thermostat. I had a Nest thermostat but wanted a non programmable thermostat. They installed a Prostat PSP 2100 non programmable thermostat. When complete he told me they gave me every discount they could, senior-military & charged me $316.00. I looked up the price for this thermostat online & the cost was less than $100.00. The unit has now worked for a week with no issues.
I chose this company because they had good reviews online. I paid $1616.00 for all the repairs & upset that I they charged me $1300 for parts that were not needed in my unit.
Would I use this company again? No & I would not recommend them to family or friends.

If there is anything we missed or could have handled better, we want to understand it.
