I had an excellent experience with Tristan, the HVAC technician who came out to my home. He truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Even though I had him come out very late at night, he took his time and never rushed the job. He was incredibly thorough, carefully inspecting everything and making sure the issue was properly diagnosed and resolved. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything. He walked me through the problem, what needed to be done, and why. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. Tristan is clearly a huge asset to his company. It’s not often you find someone who combines skill, patience, and great customer service like he does. I will absolutely be using THREE GUYS again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy HVAC technician.

Connor was professional and efficient with the repair we needed. He explained the issue with the part of our system that failed, coordinated with our unit's manufacturer to have the parts warrantied, and got the unit up and cooling in the same day. This is the first time I have used 3 Guys and I hope the unit doesn't have any further issues, but if it does, I will be calling 3 guys and asking if Conner can be our tech. Great first impression. Update: Connor came back out today to clean the coils on the condenser and handler, and clean out the pan and drain for us. The air out of the vents smells nice and fresh. My spouse has terrible allergies and Connor suggested a whole home filtration system. The price he quoted was reasonable considering all of the individual air filter units we have in our house and the ongoing maintenance with them. I didn't have the whole house filter installed today, but I plan to have that done very soon. Thank you again Connor for your helpful solution and for your kind disposition when you completed the work at my home.

Not only were they able to come one day early, the technician was prompt, professional and willing to take time to explain every aspect of the inspection/maintenance process. Connor was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. You can tell right away he’s someone who really knows his stuff and takes pride in doing the job properly. He was extremely professional, thorough, and didn’t just fix the issue, he made sure we actually understood our AC system. He took the time to walk us through everything, explained how to keep it running smoothly, and gave genuinely useful tips to help us avoid future problems. What really stood out, though, was how personable he was. Our 3-year-old decided Connor was his new best friend and followed him around asking a million questions, and Connor couldn’t have been kinder or more patient about it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Connor to anyone, we’ll definitely be calling him again for any future AC needs.
