I cannot recommend this company highly enough. As other reviews here have shared their shop has a fantastic location to the Gondola and their Gear is great quality as well as the best value around in terms of price. But what really stands out is the Customer Service. Every one of the team here is amazing. Our first dealing was an enquiry with Peter. He offered a call to go through our rental and ski school options. This made it super simple as It was my first time in Bansko. Explaining our options and giving advice on the infamous Gondola Queues. When we arrived the service continued ... we were a group of a total of 17 travelling. Great attention and care was taken to every person to ensure they had the best fitting boots to ensure the best Ski experience. Every member of staff here was so friendly to our group every day. Thankyou to Diane , Tim Peter and the two other members of staff who's names I did not get. If you are going to Bansko skiing, this is the company you want to engage with for the best experience, Customer service and price.

Vom ersten Moment an super nett und hilfsbereit. Meine Skier gingen nach einem Sturz am ersten Tag an der Bindung leicht kaputt, direkt problemlos umgetauscht und am nächsten Tag erklärt wie sie den Ski repariert haben. Eine Freundin brauchte gefühlt jeden Tag neue Skischuhe, auch das war überhaupt kein Problem, alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und geduldig. Direkt neben der Piste, sehr zu empfehlen!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The ski equipment was in very good condition, and it was possible to change the gear if it didn’t suit you or if there was any problem, which was very convenient.
The prices were quite reasonable, and the team was very kind and professional. It’s also very practical because you can leave your equipment at the station instead of carrying it around.

Our Hotel Ida recommended renting from this place and we were super impressed with their services. You can leave the rented gear there and collect it early in the morning, its a 1 minute walk away from the Gondola, the staff is friendly, efficient (we went during the busiest week of the year…) and knowledgeable about their stuff. I initially rented a snowboard and boots for 5 days, then wanted to swap the last day for ski gear and they made it super effortless. My partner too, rented ski boots, then swapped boots, then rented snowboard stuff another day and it could have all been super chaotic to track prices and whatnot, but again, they were super helpful and patient with us!

Being our first ski trip to Bansko, I have to say the highlight of our customer service experience was 360 Ski, to say Diana and the whole team were exceptional is an understatement. They went above and beyond, helping us with all aspects of our trip, not just the services they were being paid for. We are truly thankful to have found them and if we come back to Bansko, they’d be the first people we would contact for both ski hire and 1:2:1 lessons. Diana’s organisation and the teams efficient handling of the equipment each and every day was phenomenal, nothing was too much and all done with a friendly smile and a genuine desire to ensure we were having the best possible ski experience. Sincere thanks, we are truly grateful for everything.

Наша сім'я була у лютому 2026 року в Банську. Дуже сподобалося.
Інвентар - все добре підібрано. Мені подобається фірма Rossignol черевиків і вони їх знайшли в прокат. Син спочатку на лижах і потім на сноуборді (вперше) сподобалося. Що для мене в плюс, то це можна інвентар залишати у них і вранці одягатися).
Місце розташування – за 5 хвилин від витягу.
Персонал - приємно спілкуватися, завжди допоможуть та підкажуть. Є російськомовний персонал, говорять англійською, болгарською. Наша сім'я задоволена інвентарем, розмовами та відпочинком).

I have been to bansko 8 times, on my second trip I used 360 because it was close to the mountain. They are incredible. I’ve never changed since that first time using these guys. They really look after myself and my daughter amazingly. They are patient while I am picky with my boots and skis, they are good fun and even share a shot of whisky on your final day skiing. Amazing people throughout. Very good prices and brilliant skis to pick from. I will only use 360
We were left very happy with the quality of service. The guys are very knowledgeable and willing to help even if you are a beginner. The shop is very close to the gondola and shuttle bus. Would recommend to anyone.
