Mario was a professional since day 1. When we were buying our house he was prompt in coming by to get an initial estimate which helped us with concessions since our house didn’t have AC. After closing, he was easy to get a hold of and get out for a deep dive into what our options were and offered a TON of detailed information where we were able to geek out a bit on the tech of the new unit we’d be getting. He was even able to get us some significant rebates and tax credits which was able to get us all in at less than the original quote but with a way better, and larger, system. Whole install was done in a day, and was very polite, informative, and fun to talk with. He even installed our new smart thermostat. Would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone looking for AC work!

HIGHLY recommend 360 for those who live around the Denver area for ANY HVAC related issue. Had my water heater replaced by them. I went to one of the big name companies (name with the three letters ;)). Mario quoted me more then HALF of what they did (I’m talking THOUSANDS of dollars less) for the same job and even threw in a longer warranty period than they did. 360 is fully insured, licensed and takes care of all permit requirements. They provided excellent service and the heater is working great. Another reason I recommend 360 is also for their excellent customer service. As with most jobs, there were some minor issues after the work was complete (mainly due to my ignorance about these devices). Whenever I reached out to Mario, he called me right away and helped me fix the problem either over the phone or in person at my home WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST and without giving me an attitude for simply reaching out to him. His commitment to professionalism and excellence is commendable. It was nice to work with someone who stood by their work and was readily available to fix any minor issue or teach me how the appliance worked. TLDR - Use 360 HVAC for all your HVAC needs. At the very least, get a quote from them before going any big name route; it may save you several thousands of dollars.

He was prompt in scheduling and got the job done (water heater replacement) in less than 3 hours. We were having problems with our furnace, I contacted the company we bought it from, and I was re-scheduled 3 times. I finally just canceled the appt. Mario is our neighbor, and I saw him outside and asked if he'd be able to look at our unit. He said, "Yes, let me grab my tools." It litrually took him 15 minutes and a very simple repair.
