Great experience with 360 Broad Band Internet! Garret and Jeremy handled the installation and were timely, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything and made sure the setup was done right. I also want to give a shoutout to Jason Sledd, who has been a great asset to the team and very professional as well. Highly recommend 360 Broad Band Internet for their excellent service from start to finish.
When it works, it works great. The service aspect is what we have trouble with. We live in a rural area and when the service goes down they are not too quick to respond. I realize 1 account is not priority for them, but the last time was the last straw. We came home from work on a Tuesday to discover our modem/router was not working. We called the service and they took us through troubleshooting, most of which we had already done, and then were told that modems these days do not last that long anymore, you can expect only about a year from them and then advised the earlier they could come out was about a week and we would need to be home, which meant one of us would have to take a day off of work. While we have jobs outside of the home, we work significantly AT HOME and need our internet service. I was PROMISED on Wednesday morning that they would overnight a new modem and to expect it on Friday (while they said overnight they really didn't mean that), and on Friday to discover that it was not there and when I called, the SUPERVISOR told me they had done their part and overnighted it and it was the USPS fault it was not delivered and it would now arrive on Monday. The parcel did arrive on Monday, but IT WAS NOT OVERNGHTED, it was sent PRIORITY POST - taking 5 days. THEY LIED TO ME.
We have had the service for 2 1/2 years and it has not been trouble free, and each time we have trouble the response time is approximately a week before they can get someone out there.
We now have an alternate in our area - we will be switching.
