Rip off, they make you pay 19.99 every month then when you call and they give a estimate its over priced, I have a new furnace and ac, called to cancel the monthly fee was told I can use the money I accumulated over the years for a new furnace and ac not nothing else so I said cancel the monthly fee, make it make since just giving my money away, had about 380 dollars and couldn't use it.
Ryan was very polite and efficient. He was empathetic to the fact that we had no heat for overnight , and that the house was quite cold.
We are glad the defective part was available.Such that he could pick it up and get it installed and our furnace up and running once again.
We just wish that unfortunately , we did not have something happen to a one month old furnace like this.
We hope that we don't have any other problems with this brand new furnace.

Sebastian did an outstanding job during my annual plumbing check-up. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. In addition to ensuring everything was in working order, he tightened the bolts on my toilet and flushed out the hot water heaters. I definitely recommend HELP.

We have been getting, what I feel is the runaround, during the coldest time of the year, on a furnace repair/replacement.
Casey came out, we discussed options and how to best resolve our problem.
He said we can get it done the next day.
In, out, a plan in place, problem solved.
