QUICK FRIENDLY SERVICE Rick came out today to service my unit that would not start up the heat- He came and quickly found the issue (even called to get my warranty info) and ordered part went and picked up and came right back quickly and is installing now :-) I will use 304 Heating Cooling from now on!! We were very impressed with the work the 304 team did to replace our heat pump, furnace, and A/C systems. We have an air handler in a very tight attic space, and 304 was up to the challenge. They took the old unit out in pieces and replaced it with a bigger and more efficient modulating Trane unit without having to modify our ceiling or attic. We couldn't be happier with the installation. There were eight or nine guys working on the job, and all of them were knowledgeable, hardworking, and polite. We highly recommend the 304 team for your HVAC needs.

I had a bad situation where my cathedral ceiling was wet in several places and was making black looking spots all over. 304 came and did a complete diagnostic and identified the problem. They were so quick and professional! They didn’t try to sell me anything either. I miss good honest people that know what they are doing. You could definitely tell that these men had the experience. So, if you need some help with your heating or cooling I highly recommend 304 !

Initially, I did not reach out to 304 because they appeared to be located too far to service my new residence in Charleston. I was wrong! After several attempts to secure quotes from other more 'local' service providers in Charleston, I reached out to 304 and they responded with a same day site visit to my home followed by a quote within 24hrs. Great service and communications. They DO service Charleston, and quite well I might add! I would especially like to thank the work crew!(Corey,Josh,Logan and Rick) They were on-time, dealt with unexpected adversity in a timely and professional manner, and completed the job order quicker than expected! A great team team comprised of both young and veteran service persons! Truly refreshing to see the multigenerational collaboration and mutual respect shown for one another by each team member! I’ve had my Trane unit serviced prior and a recent repair done on my split system! Roy was awesome, I felt he was knowledgeable and went straight to the fix! I called at 8am and Roy was dispatched and at the house by 930. Have received nothing but excellent service so far!

When I called 304 out to fix my AC unit for my elderly grandma‘s house, her house was 90° and they came out there immediately. It was extremely nice to know that I had a company that cared to come out so quickly. I met them out there and they were easy to work with and kind and they didn’t try to rip us off. They showed me exactly what was wrong and why and got her AC fixed within 30 minutes. They had the part on hand and everything. Big thanks to Rick also!!
