I haven’t had a gym membership in years and ever since walking through the doors at Fit Body Boot Camp last month, I have thoroughly enjoyed everything this gym has to offer. The entire set-up is clean and inviting. The coaches and members are so supportive. I love how you never get the same class when you visit and although it’s challenging, the workouts never seem impossible to complete. There are so many sessions throughout the day, so being able to have the flexibility to find a time that works for me has been great! I’m so glad I found this gym and I’m looking forward to seeing my progress in the coming months!

I love working out here. I was working out at home and doing all kinds of outdoor activities, but as a homeschool mom, Fit Body was just what I needed to get out of my house and be around other adults. I push myself harder than at home and don’t have to worry about interruptions or laundry in the living room. I’ve been healing for a few years after several shoulder dislocations and a shoulder surgery, so I love that the coaches are knowledgeable in modifications to help me still get a good workout even when my body doesn’t want to cooperate. The Pelham location is active but not so crowded you can’t get a spot in the class you want which is perfect for me.

Had my first workout today. Matt was a great coach, made me feel welcome and kept the energy of the class up even with it being the morning! He was able to modify and exercises for others appropriately for proper form, and as someone who works in physical therapy I appreciate it. Great community of people!! go check them out.

I’ve been so impressed watching the older participants in this workout program absolutely thrive! It’s incredible to see how it's tailored to help folks regain strength, flexibility, and overall confidence. I’ve seen people who were initially struggling with basic movements now easily keeping up with their grandkids, bending, lifting, and playing with so much more energy. The best part is how functional the exercises are—they directly improve the ability to enjoy everyday life. It’s inspiring to watch these individuals get stronger and more active, and I love seeing them light up as they soak up every moment with their families! Cannot recommend this program enough!

I am so impressed by the level of knowledge and caring that goes into these dynamic workouts! It a breath of fresh air to finally have a fitness program that focuses on functional fitness for life! All too often you find programs designed for older adults that treat us like we are less than! This program works with the limitations I have while still providing me with an exceptional workout!! Everyone is welcoming and allows you to work at your own pace… it’s like having a personal trainer, but in a group!! I love that the workout is 30 minutes, because at 64 years old, I can do anything for 30 minutes! Blake and Morgan are the owners and are fantastic. Who would have thought that this would be an activity that my husband and I could not only do together, but enjoy together. 10 stars!!! I highly recommend!!!!

I have been working out for about 3 weeks now. It is hard work but the coaches are so up beat and helpful. They making working out fun. They are always helpful and listen to your needs. They explain in detail each workout. They encourage you, not push you. They truly want you to achieve your health goals.
